  Im getting my tire patched FOR FREE. I ran around greenville looking for someone who is able to deal with ev's some require special equipment due to their batteries and weight. I asked how much a new tire would be and they said we cpuld just patch this one for free. Honest good people. Saved me alot of trouble. Service so good i felt the need to write this, thank you!

  I have purchased multiple sets of tires from this Belle Tire location over the years and have generally been satisfied. However, my experience on this visit was disappointing. I had a 4:00 PM appointment and arrived around 3:40 PM. During check-in, I was told, "We'll get you in line," which immediately made me question whether appointments are actually scheduled appointments or simply a place in the queue. After leaving the store for a short time, I returned around 4:20 PM and found my vehicle still sitting where I had parked it. The vehicle was not completed until shortly before 6:00 PM, meaning the visit took more than three hours. My biggest concerns were not the wait itself, but the lack of documentation and professionalism at checkout. I paid for a four-wheel alignment but was not provided an alignment report. Instead, I was shown a blurry photo on an employee's phone. When I requested a copy, I was told I could take a picture of it or if the employee chose to send it to me I could get it that way. I also requested a copy of my invoice and was told the register receipt was sufficient because the printer was not working. A professional tire and alignment shop should be able to provide customers with complete documentation of the work performed, including alignment measurements and a detailed invoice. I understand that businesses can be busy and occasionally short-staffed. However, customers should be given realistic expectations regarding wait times, and they should receive proper documentation for services performed. My concerns are straightforward: If appointments are being scheduled, they should be honored as appointments rather than simply placing customers in a queue. Customers should receive accurate estimates of completion times. Alignment reports and detailed invoices should be provided as part of the service. Customer concerns should be addressed professionally and respectfully. Until I receive proper documentation for the services performed, I remain dissatisfied with this experience.

  Scheduled an appointment for 12PM EST on 6/16/26. They advised they would have the oil change and tire rotation done by 130PM. No call, no text to advise they have not brought the car into the shop by the time we came back to pick it up at 130PM. Finally brought the car in at 145PM and now we wait. Asked what they will do for the amount of time we have spent waiting? Nothing, nothing for a loyal customer. Their time is money but a customer's is not obviously. Any advice for a new "go to" other than Belle Tire? Our vehicles will be service elsewhere going forward.

  My daughter waited 2-1/2 hours for them to say they fixed it. They didn’t even touch the tire. When she took it back they said that it had to be replaced all because she was a woman. I thought that they would take care of it but I was wrong. They are just after money. The manager that I spoke to said that he witnessed the hole in the tire and it needed to be replaced even though it was still in the tread and less than a year old! So beware of this place!
