  If I could give it a hafe I would. I have been at this location for years now and now I will never go back bc thay were not friendly and thy mest up on my car and put the full in and i wanted the max so in sted of them giving me the up grad for free i had to wate 15 more minutes and thay made me wate longer. O and the day I went in thay did no under side bc thay wanted to bet there records (Manger talk to the employees about that when u dont have customers listing)

  I pulled in around 7:00PM tonight without realizing that was their closing time. I even offered to come back another day, but Mike gladly assured me it wasn’t a problem and was happy to service my vehicle. Throughout the entire visit, Mike was friendly, professional, and never made me feel rushed. Even though it was closing time, he took the time to explain a few additional services that could benefit my vehicle. I’ve been coming to this location mostly because it’s convenient, but thanks to Mike, this was by far my best experience yet. Excellent customer service like his is hard to find, and it definitely deserves recognition!

  After finding out they had improperly installed the air filter, previously. This morning I called to see if they replace lights and confirmed the lights were in stock and that they could preform the service on my make and model. They said: yes we can. So trying to give them a second chance. I took my vehicle in to be told... " I don't know how." So much for second chances.

  I usually have a great review but this time it was not great. I needed my blinker front and back changed, which I have had done at this location before, and was told they can't do the back blinker. Ok that sux but okay. After that they had a hard time getting my front blinker out but then informed me they didn't have the right one in stock. Disappointed, but okay. My main problem is they didn't fill my coolant up to full. I might be trying a different location.

  Avoid this location at all costs. I went in for a simple full synthetic oil change, which is supposed to include topping off fluids. Instead, it felt like every employee did one random step and nobody communicated with each other. I left and literally got a block away before my light came on saying my washer fluid was still empty. Then I realized my brake fluid was so low that my brakes were not working properly. I went back immediately the same day and told them nobody topped off the fluids. They swore they did, filled the washer fluid, then tried to point to another fluid that was full instead of actually checking everything. Now here I am with no brake fluid and brake issues after an oil change. I’ve never had a problem with Valvoline before, but this location was horrible and unsafe.
