  Xavier and his crew were great! Got me in and out quickly. Xavier was patient explaining what services were needed and why and answering all of my questions. He came across honest and friendly.

  Spent almost 1.5 hours here when I planned on getting a quick oil change and leaving. Assistant manager convinced me to replace my transmission fluid, said it would take 10 min. I agreed. The machine they use to do this was broken, he kept trying to fix it as all my transmission fluid was drained already and the machine was not able to work to replace the fluid. Continued to try and fix the machine while simultaneously completing 4-5 oil changes in the time I was sitting there waiting. I don’t normally leave reviews but I felt totally disregarded as I was given 0 updates the entire time I sat there (until I asked for one) and not one employee seemed to be working with any urgency to get me out in a timely manner. My “compensation” for the trouble was a $20 off coupon that expired in June.

  Learn from my mistake and avoid this place. I wanted to give them a try for an oil change based on people's positive reviews and a coupon offer. Bernie, the attendant, was very friendly. But when I allowed him to check my cabin air filter, the problems began. There was a lot of debris in the filter, indicating a small critter had been in there at some point. He pulled out what he could see, and instead of telling me to turn off the fan and recommending I take the car right to my mechanic for inspection, he slid in a new filter, charged me $60 for a $10 filter, told me to just go vacuum out anything left in there, and sent me on my way. At some point in this process, debris got down into my hvac box and destroyed the blower fan. $1000 and a lot of stress and headaches later, I'm still dealing with the fallout. I feel like my car will never be quite the same again, all from what should have been a routine oil change.

  Mike and everyone else were great yesterday when we came in for an oil change! Even though they were busy they made sure to check everything and inform me of anything that would need to be addressed outside of the normal stuff

  Poor experience. Usually decent when I go but the other day it was ridiculously poor service. The wait was 1hr and 26mins to get an oil change. I'm usually quite patient being in customer service myself, but there was twice cars that got there after me were taken before me. Just needed an oil change. Eventually was able to get in, but not before they stopped me, to ask eachother who was first in line as if I hadn't been the only other car there for an hour. They didn't do that for the last three cars they took, just me. I don't know, rubbed me the wrong way. Prices were as expected. Had a coupon from their corporate website that was better than the local shop website. They could just be understaffed, but seemed like management was poor. If you plan to go, I recommend taking the trip to 28th st by woodland. Much better service there
