  Really disappointed 😔. I left Mister because this location is on my way home. Every single time I have tried to use the vacuums, they never work. There is one coveted spot right near the mat washers that works somewhat consistently.. but everyone seems to know this and it's always in use. Stopped today to give it one more chance and now 60%+ don't even have the hoses attached. I am cancelling my subscription and the subscription for my other car today. Wish it would have worked.

  The Old male employee has a very rude attitude and does not treat customers respectfully. His behavior is unprofessional and makes customers feel unwelcome. I hope management addresses this issue and improves the customer service experience.

  My car was really dirty and The Works did not remove all the dirt or the bugs from my windshield and grill. Normally, no complaints. Now I know I will need to scrub front, back, and tires if I have spent any time on dirt roads.

  It’s not great. One of my main complaints is that I will make a trip to this location or any other and roll up during normal business hours and the red balls are blocking the entrance lanes and the wash is closed. Note to those that run these washes. Do your maintenance during off hours and not when you are supposed to be open. This has happened at lease three dozen time in the last few years. Today I had another issue. We have purchased buy two get one passes for the last two years, that they offer around Christmas time. We purchased them from Quality Car Wash in Holland because they offer the same deal on the basic wash. We have taken the vouchers to the window lane to get them set up at Tommy’s for several years. No issues. Starting a few months ago, for some reason they won’t accept them. Was told I have to go to a Quality Car Wash to renew them. I went today to the 32nd street location and the employee would not accept the voucher. He said that I have to drive to Holland to Quality Car Wash to have them activated. He said I must be mistaken that I have gotten them renewed at their location as they have no way to do it in their system. I asked him to look at the account tied to my license plate to see that they were accepted at their location just a few months back. He said he could not do that. Complete fabrication. How is this possible when we’ve been renewing them for years at the 32nd ave and Jenison location and now cannot? The employee stated that he has no idea how we’ve gotten them renewed in the past as they have no way to do it. Basically calling me a liar. So I drove to the Allendale location. Guess what. They activated it in 30 seconds. I don’t appreciate being told that I must be mistaken. That I must be wrong that I’ve gotten these vouchers activated for years and now…..no luck at 32nd and Jenison but somehow it’s not a problem at Allendale. Get your stuff figured out and don’t try to make customers feel like they are in the wrong for something that has been a norm for years.

  Love Tommy’s on 44th. Sara is the sweetest girl ever she helped me sign up with the membership! She had the best smile and she has the kindest soul! Appreciate you girl!
