- BRBrian RushJul 3, 20263.0I switched to Tommy’s from Mister over a year ago. I thought with being newer facilities that they would be in better shape. Sadly, they do not maintain their equipment well at all. The mat washers are almost always out of order and the vacuums are plugged or restricted regularly. This applies to not just this location but every one I have visited in the greater GR area.
- CEChelsea EricsonJun 29, 20262.0I've had a monthly car wash membership for over one year now. I signed up because it's convenient to also use the free vacuum while I'm there getting my car washed. It was nice initially when the vacuums actually worked. For the last several months, the vacuums at this location specifically have been horrible. I move my car from one spot to another to another, sometimes to a fourth spot, just to find that each and every time the vacuum barely works (if it works at all). I just canceled my membership today and I plan to sign up for a membership a different company, a couple miles down the road that also offers free vacuums (that actually work). Tommy's should look into investing in good quality vacuums, because I'm sure I'm not the only one canceling my car wash membership because of this issue. I can't speak for other locations, but I would steer clear of this location if you are also interested in the membership because of the free vacuums.

I made an error and a guy came out and yelled and argued with me! Like I don’t know what just happened! Very unprofessional and rude!
