  I had a gentleman that made my day. I wish I had his card I had it, but I lost it, but I’m sure if you’ll look him up under my name you’ll find him, but he is the most helpful man and I hope if anybody comes there they give him because he’s the best!

  Stay away, they'll try to hit you with charges for damage reported at the start of the rentals. Then stumble over their own information during claims. Not worth the hassle

  Love this location! Alec was amazing! He took care of everything for us and made sure we were comfortable and set up for our road trip! Such a great group of guys!! Alec, Kushan, Chase and Jamall I just want to thank you all for making my long drive something memorable and easy. Cannot recommend enterprise enough! Next time we need a rental I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK!! Thanks for everything!

  I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car in the GRANDVILLE/WYOMING MI area which raises serious concerns not only about customer service, but also about basic business practices and potential consumer protection implications. I made a reservation in advance for an SUV, specifically because my circumstances require a vehicle of that size. This was not a last-minute or walk-in request. I acted proactively and relied on Enterprise’s representation that a vehicle meeting my reservation criteria would be available at the scheduled time. Upon arrival, I was informed that there were no SUVs available, and in fact, no comparable vehicles at all. What is most troubling is that Enterprise failed to provide any prior notice of this issue. There was no phone call, email, or attempt to communicate that they would be unable to fulfill the reservation. As a result, I was effectively left stranded without transportation. From a legal and consumer protection standpoint, this situation is highly problematic. While rental reservations are sometimes framed as “subject to availability,” companies like Enterprise create a reasonable expectation that confirmed reservations will be honored, or at minimum, that customers will be notified in advance if they cannot be. Failing to do so may constitute a deceptive or unfair business practice under consumer protection laws, particularly when the company knowingly allows customers to rely on a reservation it cannot fulfill. Additionally, there appears to have been no effort to mitigate the situation. I was not offered a comparable upgrade, a transfer to another location, or any meaningful solution. This lack of contingency planning and failure to accommodate a confirmed reservation reflects poorly on Enterprise’s operational standards. The impact of this failure is not minor. I have an important law school entrance exam next week, and transportation reliability is critical during this time. Enterprise’s failure to honor its commitment created unnecessary stress and disruption at a time when I needed stability and professionalism.
