This is a horrible place to rent from I booked a reservation and they said they had cars then I get up there from leaving work spending money back-and-forth for Ubers just for them to say don’t have any then I come back two days later called two times before I went up there and I was waiting in line just for them to help somebody else who came after me also, when I get to the counter, they asked me for multiple things with my address on there when I already gave them one piece and I asked them why they haven’t asked nobody else for theirs. They say it was random I really think it’s a lot of discrimination for not giving me a vehicle

Made a reservation a month and a half before our trip. Day before we are set to leave our reservation was cancelled. We did not get an email or call. When we called the store they said they could see it was cancelled but couldn’t say why, told us we could make the reservation again for more money which we ended up doing. We then get a voicemail 20 minutes after they’re closed saying they couldn’t accommodate our reservation. Worst customer service ever! Definitely do NOT recommend going thru them!
