  My go to always friendly this is a great location but it can get busy but that’s not a problem they work hard to get you in and out

  Made a reservation a month and a half before our trip. Day before we are set to leave our reservation was cancelled. We did not get an email or call. When we called the store they said they could see it was cancelled but couldn’t say why, told us we could make the reservation again for more money which we ended up doing. We then get a voicemail 20 minutes after they’re closed saying they couldn’t accommodate our reservation. Worst customer service ever! Definitely do NOT recommend going thru them!

  Enterprise has who we've gone to for our last 3 car rentals and have had a good experience with all of them. With our most recent car rental we we're helped by Teyland. He has excellent customer service and was knowledgeable. In Observing the other employees on duty for both pick and drop off each and every one of them are professional, helpful, kind and welcoming. The cars are in great condition and clean. The customer service alone will keep us coming back. Teyland, thanks again for such wonderful customer service

  My regular vehicle needed servicing and the parts were on backorder from the suppliier. I rented a vehicle until my truck was repaired. The associates were very helpful when I needed to extend the rental twice. I have rented from this same location several times over the last few years and have always been pleased with their friendly service..

  We rented the car over a month in advance and when we arrived to pick it up they didn't have one ready. We were told it would be at least 20 minutes to have one cleaned or we could upgrade to a much bigger vehicle for a fee. We waited the 20 minutes and the car wasn't even clean. It was wet on the outside like it was sprayed down but the windshield was filthy. The inside smelled very strongly of air freshener and was filthy. There was pet hair everywhere, food on the floor of the backseat, crumbs on the dashboard and all around the gearshift and the steering wheel was sticky. There was a 3 inch crack in the windshield and tons of scratches and dings that I was expected to take pictures of with my phone. The whole experience was very frustrating and made us late for a family event. When we returned it the guy gave us a card for a free upgrade but I don't think it's worth the hassle and anxiety to rent from there again. We only rented for one day, pick up at 9am and return at 5pm. We drove an hour and a half each way to visit my 83 year old grandmother for her birthday. We were very late and didn't get to stay as long as we would have liked.
