  Cars were clean & serviced. Customer service was top tier!! Teyland was exceptionally helpful in this rental process. Highly recommend this location in particular!!!

  Enterprise was not able to provide the car I reserved special for my anniversary (a convertible), so they asked me to come back later when a different one became available. I went back again hours later and sure enough it still wasn’t available. After wasting two trips across town (along with my family), I asked the associate how Enterprise was going to make it right and was told that I would have to call other car lots and see what was available. So not only did Enterprise blunder cost a special occasion, they also refused to make any attempts to help me. I’m pretty sure an associate even faked a phone call I asked them to make to a different location. Terrible experience, terrible service, do NOT rely on them to come through for their customers.
