  The staff who helped me were super kind and considerate, walked me through what they were doing and answered all of my questions happily. I also didn't feel pushed to buy more, although they politely offered extra tune ups and services and explained why they might be beneficial. I felt like I was included in the process and was given the space and respect to make whatever decisions that came my way. I'll likely be coming back each time I need an oil change and will keep Valvoline in mind for further vehicle services!

  Colin and the guys at the 2620 east beltline location are always so happy to help and get you in and out quickly. Stopped by admitting defeat against a ridiculous designed turn signal marker that I could not get the bulb changed on and the guys were happy to help me get it finished. Service above and beyond is exactly why they keep my loyalty even in todays price landscape, all of my vehicles only go to valvoline and will continue to. Thank you gentlemen, keep up the great work.

  This is my second time visiting this location, and I'm still thrilled to do so. My mom and I rolled up yesterday morning while the bays were full, so we settled in to wait a bit. No worries, it was Friday and folks are busy. This crew was going full speed. A few minutes after we arrived, a man in a white Toyota pulled up behind us. He then proceeded to ignore the clearly posted "Please Wait" signage and zip into the first bay that moved forward, without being directed in by a team member, which is a blatant disregard not only for societal expectations but the safety of the Valvoline techs working on the floor. Not cool. Cue Xy, who came over to us and let us know that they'd be asking that customer to get back in line, as we had arrived first. Which, awesome, but not at all expected. We watched Xy walk up to the customer and ask him to move. Which he refused to do. Xy then called for backup in the form of Griff, who told this customer the same thing. He'd have to move, because he'd jumped the line. He didn't like that, either. Finally, after getting the assistant manager involved, he finally had himself a man tantrum, backed up, delivered a look that I assume he thought was intimidating to myself and my mom, (how dare he be expected to be an adult and wait his turn, like most preschoolers are capable of doing??) and then peeled out of the parking lot. Apparently, this location isn't his "favorite Valvoline" anyway. Cue the "Oh no, so sad. Anyway" meme. Considering people love to complain when they feel they've been slighted, (especially men of a certain demographic,) we couldn't stomach the idea of him sending in a review about his experience that might reflect badly on a team that was doing their best to serve their customers with speed, quality, and accuracy on a busy Friday. So to Xy, Griff, and the rest of the team at the Valvoline on East Beltline, y'all are awesome. That guy can go learn to change his own oil if he doesn't want to follow rules. 12/10 🌟

  My tire pressure light came on and I needed an oil change so I stopped in. The light was still on after and they told me that they checked and I must have a bad sensor. I had a flat tire the next morning. Turns out I had a 2 inch long 1/2-20 screw stuck in the tire. Absolute garbage job
