- KLkati LynnAug 26, 20264.0It was ok, they got the job done it’s Just not what Valvoline use to be. The employees don’t have the communication with the customers like before, they say bare minimum to the customers. I use to pull up and they knew who I was just by the vehicle. They would remember the conversation that we had last time. Obviously I don’t expect anyone to remember the conversations, it’s just sad that so many businesses lack the customer service, small talk like before. These guys where nice and got the job done and that’s what I’m there for it just isn’t the same experience.

- DGDakota GastJul 19, 20261.0Store has had a broken sprinkler head out front for over 3 weeks flooding across Plainfield and cars get hit with a heavy stream of water which could end up damaging someone’s vehicle, some people spend alot of time and $ cleaning and maintaining their vehicles just to have it all wasted to drive through a flooded road because of negligent management and owners. Cant fix a simple sprinkler dont think i would let them anywhere near a vehicle. Also no easy way to talk to someone on the phone with all the ai automated junk so willing to take a negative review down once the issue is fixed:)
