Over all the job was done and my vehicle was repaired, however they don’t listen to all the issues stated and didn’t look over the whole vehicle like they were asked. Leaving me to have to take it elsewhere and pay another inspection fee before I can get the problem fixed. But leaving at least 3 stars because the main reason was repaired.

am writing this formal complaint with deep distress, anger, and utter disbelief regarding the treatment I received at your facility. What should have been a standard automotive repair turned into an unacceptable safety hazard, financial exploitation, and ultimately a dangerous physical altercation initiated by your staff. 1. Unsafe Repairs & Failure of Service After performing a drum-to-disc brake conversion on my vehicle, I brought it to your shop to have the brakes professionally bled to ensure the system was safe and functional. I paid for this service, along with paying out-of-pocket to tow my vehicle to your location. Upon receiving the vehicle back, the brake pedal went completely to the floor. The brakes are entirely soft and non-responsive, leaving the vehicle completely unsafe to drive. You returned a car to me in a state that poses a direct threat to my life and the lives of others on the road. 2. Refusal of Accountability & Retaliation When I realized the job was not done correctly and the vehicle remained un-drivable, I respectfully requested a full refund for the incomplete service and reimbursement for the tow expense I incurred. Your team flatly refused to take responsibility or make things right. Left with no other option for consumer protection, I informed your staff that I would be filing an official complaint with the Secretary of State (Bureau of Automotive Regulation). Instead of handling this professionally, your staff retaliated immediately by completely revoking any attempt to resolve the issue or offer a refund. 3. Physical Assault & Law Enforcement Response When I confronted management regarding this childish and retaliatory behavior, the situation escalated rapidly. Rather than de-escalating or maintaining professional boundaries, one of your staff members physically assaulted me on your premises. I was in absolute shock that a customer seeking basic accountability for failed work could be met with physical violence by automotive professionals. The police were called to the scene to intervene. While I declined to press criminal charges at that exact moment—due to the sheer shock, distress, and overwhelm of the situation—the incident remains documented by law enforcement.

Took car in due to problems after getting gas and it wasn’t running right. Afraid it was bad gas. After being put on a diagnostic check, it revealed that it was a simple fix. The gas cap was missing which caused problem with pressure. Relieved that it was a simple fix.

Had them spend work on my car for the exhaust when it broke off from catalytic converter bank1. They fix it a little bit, and then it broke again by the flange which they were supposed to replace the first time. They turned around and told me it's going to be another $600 to fix my exhaust. After I paid them $1,300 to do it right the first time. I'm tired I'm going to repair shops and letting them work on my car and they do a half-ass job. I will never use them again they're kind of overpriced for the work they want to do. I start checking around before you go to this place. I'm not the only car owner that went in there to get work done and they couldn't fix it. There's another customer that came in had work done and their car is doing the same thing as it was doing before. They like to do the cheap way so people would come back and spend more money at their shop. I'm done wasting my money. If you can't fix things right the first time you should not even be a mechanic or running a shop.
