  Ben treated my concern with respect and empathy. Listenito my concern and identified the issue. The issue is not dangerous. All well worth the inspection fee of 50 Recommend speaking with Ben and the Tuffy team.

  Had my front brakes done last Friday 6/12/26 and never got my inspection still experiencing sum grinding who knows if it's rear brakes or anything else wrong with it without inspection being done

  Very good communication, they were upfront about pricing and timeline with no surprises. They kept me updated via text message that my parts were on time. The repair took longer than I would have liked but I'd rather they be thorough than rushed. Everyone there was very nice and helpful.
