Great customer service, they’ve helped me with 2 of my vehicles and both are doing great! Went above and beyond to help me and I couldn’t be more appreciative!!

The work on my vehicle was done efficiently and fast, that's the kind of thing that I like.

I've been getting my car serviced at Tuffy in Wyoming Michigan for years and trust them completely. I can't imagine going anywhere else.

this has been our go to shop since at least 2018 because of how honest and great the customer service and work was here but they recently hired a very rude and condescending person named “Ton” who ironically seems to be quite tone deaf. came in only to get a caliper and brakes changed but had to take it to toyota after tuffy because they couldnt reset the ebs lights. but the overall experience was the opposite of why we have always chose to come here.
