I am the primary caregiver for an adult with special needs- the staff took extra care for us- gave us a ride and took care of everything quickly. They were prompt and ready for my appointment.

My breaks went out, and my car was not safe to drive. I dropped my car off first thing 8am and they had it fixed by noon! They didn’t push me to buy anything I couldn’t afford but did let me know everything that was going on with my car. Great people, decent price and an awesome turn around. Couldn’t be more grateful for them saving me. Thank you again!

I had an excellent experience with prompt service. I would highly recommend Tuffy to others and intend to return for all future automotive needs.

I was en route to a local dog park when my low tire pressure light came on. I gave the team at Tuffy a call, as I was about a mile away. Chris told me to come right over and ensured my tires were aired up and safe to drive. Absolute kindness! Highly recommend.

I’ve always appreciated Tuffy. No-nonsense repair. Prices were fair. I knew the alternator was bad, and they recommended a new battery as well. When I declined the battery, they didn’t give me a hard time at all.
