  Old manager told me one price, New manager Over charged me for valve stems $49 each when I was told $20. Didnt provide valve caps . Still have a vibration from balancing . I won’t be returning. Go to someone else .

  I was able to get my car in quickly to my surprise that morning without an appointment after analyzing and repairing the problem I was also able to get my other vehicle in for an oil change. Great work.

  I left this shop feeling pretty disheartened. I came in for an oil change and sensor replacement, but was quoted around $1,600 after they recommended additional services including a coolant flush, serpentine belt replacement, and rear brake pads/rotors. The oil change and sensor replacement went well and I have had 0 issues with that service. However I am thankful I trusted my gut and decided to get a second opinion before approving the additional work. Another shop in Grand Rapids quoted me a few hundred dollars under $1,000 for the brakes and serpentine belt combined. I understand every shop has different labor rates and pricing, but that kind of difference is hard to ignore. The experience left me feeling like I was being quoted far more than what was actually necessary, and I'm glad I looked elsewhere before spending that much money.

  Tried getting my 2014 Mazda3 stuttering repair done here and the whole saga was a trainwreck. They didn't have someone on staff to diagnose the car until a day later. When scheduling an appointment, they forgot to order a part for it thus making me wait longer. Even when they had the part, they couldn't reprogram it so basically I wasted my time and the only good thing is that the problem got diagnosed and I didn't have to pay for that. The only person on staff I have respect for is the old guy who I unfortunately forgot his name. Edit: Additionally, they will some of the time not communicate to you the status of your car and you have to call them about it. Additional edit: apparently they misdiagnosed as well as the dealership found out it was a transmission issue.
