  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Shoutout to Gary for providing EXCELLENT customer service! I normally don’t leave reviews, but this is one I’m more than happy to write! I purchased a 2014 Chevy Equinox from a dealership, and it was already having problems when I got it. Now, with over 200,000 miles on it, I’ve been trusting Tuffy with my vehicle repairs, and they have consistently been able to pinpoint exactly what’s wrong every time. What I appreciate most is that they’re honest, fair, and don’t overcharge. If there’s a more affordable option available, they take the time to let me know. I also don’t know much about cars, but they explain what’s going on in a way I can understand and offer helpful advice on how to prevent future issues. That kind of honesty, patience, and customer service goes a long way, especially when you’re a mom just trying to keep your family safe and get where you need to go. Thank you, Gary and the Tuffy team, for looking out for us and helping keep me and my babies safely on the road! You have definitely earned my trust and appreciation.
