- LGLucia Gooder4 days ago5.0Always job well done. Didn't realize new plate would impact my account. Associate updated it right away.
- HOHailey OwensOct 1, 20265.0I stopped for a quick wash on my lunch break today and spoke with a lady I believed named Danielle and she was great! She was super friendly, professional, and genuinely kind. She made the whole experience really pleasant and was honestly the best person I’ve dealt with at any Tommy’s location. Every other location is pretty unpleasant and doesn’t really seem to care or provide much information. Great experience overall.
- DSDan ShutichSep 22, 20265.0Hailey did a wonderful job explaining the upcoming Tunnel of Terror event. She should be commended for her presentation and ability to explain details of the event.
- CKCierra KilpatrickSep 14, 20265.0Love this car was always great customer service
- ZZZachAug 28, 20261.0Took my fiancés brand new car through the wash. First wash ever and the wash put 4 different spots of multiple scratches on it. Now we have to pay to get it fixed and will most likely do a ceramic coating. Should have known, I’ve never trusted these car washes and proved myself right. Never again.
