  I don’t understand not having vacuums come with a wash. For how expensive it is to get a car wash they should be included.

  I liked Tommy’s Express Car Wash because the pricing is okay and they supposedly have free vacuums and mat cleaners. I really don’t like going to any other car wash because it’s not as common that they have mat cleaners. I will say I have been to a Tommy’s that didn’t have the mat cleaner which was annoying. I saw that the one I went to today had a mat cleaner so I took my car to get a car wash there. However, the vacuums are NOT FREE if you don’t have their unlimited car wash membership plan. Apparently, it’s because they had a limited number of vacuums. They really need to have this standard at every location. I felt kinda ripped off because I came here to get a car wash assuming that the vacuums where available as is standard most places. I had to pay to get a detail kit which included the vacuum use. It’s frustrating to have to pay extra to use what should be a free service and is free most other locations and most other car washes. Not worth coming to this location.

  * vacuums are not included when paying for wash* I learned after paying for a wash that the vacuums were for members only. I couldn’t use them even though I paid $20 for a wash. All other Tommy’s locations I’ve been to include free vacuums. There’s no sign posted when buying a wash to say that vacuums are not included.

  Disappointed that the vacuums are only for memberships using the app. I go through cycles when I have a membership and when I don’t (currently don’t). I would not have gotten my car wash here today had I known I would not be able to vacuum my car. Will be avoiding this location in the future, which is unfortunate because it’s the closest one for me. Only going to the one on 44th now!
