  Place ruined my truck topper. Was perfectly fine until I went into their carwash and it soaked all my tools after it tore off and bent my topper and the door

  * vacuums are not included when paying for wash* I learned after paying for a wash that the vacuums were for members only. I couldn’t use them even though I paid $20 for a wash. All other Tommy’s locations I’ve been to include free vacuums. There’s no sign posted when buying a wash to say that vacuums are not included.

  Disappointed that the vacuums are only for memberships using the app. I go through cycles when I have a membership and when I don’t (currently don’t). I would not have gotten my car wash here today had I known I would not be able to vacuum my car. Will be avoiding this location in the future, which is unfortunate because it’s the closest one for me. Only going to the one on 44th now!

  Shout out to the employee who didn't make me feel bad for messing up loading on the belt. Secondly, my car was well overdue for a wash- like 6 months; the premium wash did the job! Highly reccomend.
