Safelight was quickly responsive and informative. The easily set up an appointment at my home and performed the repair there at the time they had previously set. Their work was well performed and they instructed me about how to operate the car after the repair. They also texted and emailed me instructions and information about their warranty. The service man was very polite and informative. Great job !

An unfortunate incident on 96 E from a truck carrying gravel left 5 nicks on our car windshield. From start to finish the windshield was replaced 1 week from the incident. Our auto ins is with Auto Owners.A few years ago we added Auto windshield protection. So glad we did.We took the car to Safelite Auto Glass Repair on Plainfield in Grand Rapids as they deal directly with Auto Owner Ins.An evaluation was done with a recommendation to replace the windshield.A few days later, Eric the Technician from Safelite AutoGlass Repair came to our house and replaced the windshield..The cost...zero deductible with Auto Owners. An annoying experience ended with a 100% positive experience.A big thank you to everyone at Safelite AutoGlass Repair.
