  As a first time customer, I searched for good reviews and an honest family company, unfortunately that is not the service I received. After my initial talk with the clerk I explained that my daughter's car which she uses strictly for school purposes was overheating and that we had recently replaced the front passenger brakes but it was currently making a squeaky noise. He explained that it was no problem to get the vehicle into the shop that day to take a look at it as well they would contact me as soon as this took place. I dropped the vehicle off at 8am when they opened and around noon after not hearing from them I contacted them by phone to see what the timeframe was looking like. I was told they would be contacting me soon with results. This time at 4pm I again called and soon after received a very detailed list of issues with my vehicle. I called again to ask what it was I was looking at because the costs where $467. for the reservoir replacement and $290. to eliminate the squeaky noise although there was no actual issue with the breaks themselves. After reviewing again the total of $467 charge only $111. was for the reservoir itself, the remainder was labor. And of the $290 charge, only $56. was for the disc brake hardware kit, the remainder was labor. I explained I'd need to get a second opinion and when I came to pick up the car I was charged a total of $169. $84 for them to look at the reservoir and another $84 for them to look at the front passenger tire squeaky noise. Overall, I was completely scammed. Never once was I told I would be charged prior to them contacting me in advance giving me an estimate of what it would cost to look at the vehicle but to charge me double is just heartbreaking. I would never recommend this company to even a complete stranger let alone my family or friends. I'm left feeling absolutely disgusted that a "so called" family business would and can absolutely rip off customers and take advantage of their community.

  I was unsure about taking my car anywhere, but I left my car in the hands of Real Pro Auto, and I am very happy I did. They tested out my car to remove a mysterious sound coming from the front of my car. They got me in same day, and I had it back a day later. I'm very impressed with these guys!
