- JLjessica ladere5 days ago3.0GR location is great. The Battle Creek enterprise location was awful. Confirmed the night before. Go there the following day for my rental pickup and they did not have any cars. It was an hour drive to get there. Say for over 1 hour allow with a lobby full of people with reservations. I ended up leaving without a rental. I missed my work meetings and was literally in tears from the lack or communication. No one called that morning to let me know I would not be able to get a vehicle. No resolution. I left and no one made it right. Will NOT be back.

He made sure I have the vehicle that I reserved, When I mentioned I came for a executive meeting and wanted to drive something premium, Bryce made that request come true. 100/100 customers service.

I get my choice of vehicles and colors which can make a huge difference in the overall experience. It really is an easier process than renting with other companies.

I informed her the staff performed on a true level of excellence. Relating to the National App, I truly appreciated the heads up that this location "might not" have an SUV available, and if an SUV was needed, choose that vehicle class (which I did & when there wasn't an SUV available they got me one from the exec line to avoid delay). All that said, this was a great experience!
