  This shady outfit rented a damaged vehicle to my wife and sister-in-law then tried to blame and charge them for the damage. When I tried to call them to discuss, their number was not working. Definitely not renting from them ever again and cannot recommend them if you're at GRR. UPDATE: I was told by customer service that they would remove the charge. They did not. Here we go again. Michelle, can you do something here?

  If you’re Executive Elite, don’t count on have your class of car when you get here. The rental agents aren’t the friendliest either. And since all good things come in threes, they wouldn’t take my Apple Pay either. This is 2026 right? Ughhhhhhhh

  Watch what they give you before you leave. Picked up a car with 39k miles on it and smelled like someone just finished smoking in it on Sunday. On Monday I realized the car had 2 different plates from 2 different states. Of those 2 plates neither one matched the stock sticker on the window. Calling roadside assistance just directs you to a third party call center who will offer to have the car switched out at a local location. What they fail to tell you is they will send you to a location who has no idea about the situation and also has no cars. I rent from National close to 50 times a year and this was beyond disappointing.

  As an executive elite you are guaranteed a rental if you book at least 24 hrs in advance. It’s been 3 days since I’ve landed and have received nothing. I understand running out of cars and mistakes happening, but being constantly told an area manager will reach out to you today and not receiving a call back is horrible customer service. On top of the fact that there is no direct call number for this location. I am actively considering switching over to hertz and give them my loyalty In response to the reply. I’ve already made contact with customer support multiple times as they are the ones telling me an area manager will contact me. They said all they can do if forward my information to this area manager who at this point I’m not sure even exists
