  Joseph was extremely helpful, the entire team always very polite and very helpful. If I could give more than 5 stars I would, I had a mechanic who did not care about the install just the money and messed the motor up. Jask Auto helped get me a new motor and made the process very easy and smooth. Would recommend to anyone and everyone who needed it. Will use again

  My name is Jack Hinson. I bought a 6.6 Dura Max motor from this company. The motor was suppose to have 69 thousand miles on it when my mechanic got the motor and ran the vin it had 350 miles on it. They wanted me to do all the leg work to get the paper weight picked up and I told them that was not my job. I had to leave a review letting everyone know about them and then I got my refund. I just called the company that does the financing for them to see about my payments made on the part I financed I was told jask never canceled the order so I can't get those payments back yet. I think all the good reviews on here are from employees, friends and family. I would not recommend doing business with this company. Oh and by the way I WILL NOT TAKE THIS REVIEW DOWN. Jack Hinson

  I’m amazed that they had the nerve to ask for a 5-star review. To wit: 1. I ordered a locking differential and was told it would take 5-7 days to arrive 2. It took a month to arrive and it turned out to be a non-locking differential. 3. When I pointed out the mistake, I knew that I’d be waiting another month to get the proper one, if ever. 4. So I offered to keep the non-locking unit and pay to have it converted. That would cost me $600 5. When I asked them to refund the $600, they refused, offering only $350. It would have cost them at least $600 to ship the old one back and the new replacement, but they still refused. 6. When I finally accepted, they said the refund would take 24-72 hours. It took over a week. 7. NOTHING. NOT A SINGLE THING THAT THEY PROMISED CAME TRUE HOW AND WHEN THEY SAID IT WOULD. NOTHING ABOUT MY TRANSACTION WITH THIS COMPANY WENT AS PROMISED.

  I bought a transmission and it was completely bad,they replaced it and this one was also defective. I asked to return it because my warranty is still good and they have refused it, saying I need to replace the valve body cover. Why would you sell a transmission that needs to be repaired? Do not buy from this company. I trusted this company after reading the good reviews and received 2 defective transmissions. Now im out of money and a car after paying 2350.00 plus the installation fees and labor fees. THEY WILL NOT HONOR THE WARRANTY. AGAIN DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AS OF 7/6/2026 I AM ATTACHING MORE COMMUNICATION OF FALSE INFORMATION. Issac received a received documentation from Mr. Transmission auto shop and said a return n label would be sent and now he is asking for it again.
