- LSLinus SchlumpbergerAug 26, 20265.0Ordered an engine (3.0L) for 2003 Toyota Avalon. Engine arrived as scheduled wrapped in plastic, but not on original pallet it was shipped on. When I was installing after unwrapping I found the upper oil pan had a puncture hole and sump pan was damaged. Called Jask customer service and they were very responsive and helped me find another pan & sump. Once I installed all parts, engine fired right up and ran great. Jask credited me the cost of the replacement parts (upper oil pan and sump). I highly recommend Jask and will use them again. Follow up, I now have almost 15k miles on replacement engine and Avalon is running great!

Nelson and Leo are going to refund me back for the part that was wrong. They really tried to help keeping me updated on the situation.
