  Mechanic department is immaculate & they were the only shop to have my oil filter in stock, plus the owner was there and quite surprised just to see, just how down to earth this gentleman is, so how can I get my oil painted face on your wall❓🤣 exceptional work, all jobs including a vehicle inspection which alerted me to future potential problems, with pictures showing what the mechanic seen, not just taking someone's word but actually taking time to photo document your vehicles, issues: WHO DOES THAT: nobody, but these guys. Above and beyond in my book ❗️💯

  This is my first experience with Grand Rapids Motorcar and I must say it was very favorable. All repairs were done quickly and professionally. I was especially pleased with their honesty. My repairs took less time than they first estimated and the cost was actually about $300 less than first estimated
