  I booked a reservation for work to drive 600 miles one way. I was approximately 100 miles into my drive when the check engine light came on and reduced power. I contacted their roadside assistance to which they told me to drive back to the airport (100 miles opposite direction) to get a new vehicle. I asked for them to find me on my way to my final destination. They told me to reach out to the branch directly. I tried getting the next branch 20 minutes away, but the car was no longer safe to drive on the highway. I pulled off and waited for a tow truck for 2 and half hours and was told to take an Uber. There were no Ubers in the area. Thankfully the tow truck driver was able to bring me back to my original rental location so I can close out the rental as I was missing the reason for my trip after the delays due to mechanical issues with the vehicle. I have asked to be refunded the money as I could not use the vehicle for the intended purpose. I was charged for the day and cannot get anyone to assist me. I will be done using Enterprise for my rental needs.

  I always use Enterprise but was a little disappointed with this rental. Tank not full and not even a power drivers seat.

  I have used Enterprise Rental Car services for 20+ years. Last Sunday, I left my iPad and Hat in the vehicle. I have filed an incident report and a case report; called no less than 6X's spoken to escalation department and others and have yet to receive a call from the manager at the branch at the Gerald Ford International Airport. Incredibly frustrating and I am just looking to understand if my items will be returned at my expense (gladly). Great company if you don't leave something in your vehicle.

  The initial vehicle reserved for me, smelled heavily of smoke. When I pulled up to the booth, the lady inside could smell the smoke from about 5 feet away. The vehicle had a No Smoking sign in it and I reserved a Non Smoking vehicle (allergic, migraines), but this vehicle had definitely had heavy smoking (cigarettes, cigars) and should have been taken care of beforehand (check-in, cleaning). The lady asked if a wanted another vehicle and compensation, and I said yes and she had me pull over to the side with a new vehicle arriving in about 15 minutes. The new vehicle was smoke free and worked out well for me, but the original heavily smoke smell vehicle was disconcernIng causing some delay and an allergic reaction.
