  I am disappointed in the customer service here. I reserved a van a month ago only to get a call 1 hour before pick up that they don't have vans. They said they tried to call earlier but never left a voicemail. Never going here again.

  I will not rent a car from anywhere else! Showed up last minute after a different company screwed me over. Eden took care of us better than most of my family would! I will be recommending this to all of my friends and customers. Thank you eden for saving my vacation and taking care of my girlfriend and I!

  I reserved a truck two full weeks ahead of my need. I called several times to make a change and then confirm everything completed for an easy, hassle free, pickup. Drove 50+ miles to rent a pickup. Got there only to discover an error on behalf of enterprise. Regional manager was not available and risk management provided me with a number that was no longer in service. Drove the 50+ miles back home. Lost $150 for the trailer I had rented and now could not haul. Wasted $60 in fuel. I took the financial hit because enterprise employees had been to lazy or indifferent to actually confirm the rental prior to my arrival. So I would NOT recommend enterprise to anyone.

  Announced my credit card number on file in the area where multiple people were and didn’t stop until I told them not to say the full card number out loud. Aggressive and rude customer service representative, just unprofessional and unnecessary behavior. Vehicle I wanted not ready, not clean both times even close to the pick up window I requested. Even after giving them over a hour to get it ready (staying over an hour later to finally receive a vehicle). Not enough sitting area and they expect people to stand and wait for them even if a chair in a near area is available (people shouldn’t have to stand waiting for over an hour for schedule pick ups and confirmed check ins). I’m not sure if anyone is even supervising them. As a newer customer whose family has used these services at various locations for family fun this place needs an audit and oversight. People shouldn’t pay money for verbal attacks and have to worry about the privacy of their information.

  I never write reviews, but I had such a great experience at Enterprise that I have to. When I picked up my car on a Monday at lunchtime, they were super busy, and every staff I interacted with was so friendly and helpful! They answered most questions before I had a chance to ask them. I'm hoping I don't have to rent a car anytime soon, but I will always go to this Enterprise!
