  Their online system glitched and routed us to Greenville NC without me realizing. When I received a courtesy call they automatically canceled my reservation. I re-reserved a car for the next day at 5pm. When I called at 2:00 they said my rental would be ready at 5:00. I got there and they didn't have anything until the next day. They claimed to have called me to tell me about the SECOND glitch, but I never got a call from anyone. I rented a car from budget and told them about this without saying which conpany and the employee said, "sounds like you're having an enterprise problem" I guess this happens a lot. I will not use enterprise again.

  such a great space and great attitudes. Myiah is a great manager and she made my sister morning smooth it’s her children’s birthday so i’m very happy it was a smooth process.

  Scandalous service – Avoid this agency! We booked and paid for a car well in advance, but when we arrived, they had absolutely NO cars available. The staff literally did not care at all about our situation ("en ont rien eu à foutre") and offered zero help. To make matters worse, we were far from the only ones; several other families were stranded at the counter for the exact same reason. Total lack of professionalism and zero respect for customers. A nightmare.

  Needed a car for the week, and this was an easier and cheaper alternative to going to the airport rental car agencies. Gio was very helpful and friendly, and the whole process went smoothly.
