  We had an outstanding experience with Enterprise during a very stressful last-minute travel situation. Due to an unexpected flight change, we suddenly needed a rental car to get to an airport across the state — at a time when every local rental company seemed completely sold out. The manager, Leah, went above and beyond to help us. She explored every possible option, stayed persistent, and ultimately tracked down a vehicle for our family when no one else could. Her kindness, professionalism, and determination truly saved the day for us. Exceptional customer service like this is rare, and we are incredibly grateful for Leah and the team at Enterprise. Thank you again!

  We had an outstanding experience at Enterprise on Plainfield. Customer service representatives were outstanding. We were very pleased with the entire process.

  Have been called the night before pick up and told no cars available. Not once but 3 times!! Also hung up on and I wasn't the least bit rude. Rent for business frequently and will NEVER use this company again. DONE

  1) Fuel is never topped off, which causes me to make more unnecessary stops 2) Inside windshield/dash/cup holders filthy 3) No documentation of windshield chips, dents, scratches, etc.

  I picked up a jeep on 28th street (rented because of an accident), smelled like marijuana. Enough it’s making me nauseous. I called customer service to exchange out at the Plainfield location, which they said yes they had another Jeep and the red haired manager would not let me exchange because they had to “save those cars for the important customers next week”. So not all customers are treated the same at this place. Rude. Unfortunately I would not say customer service oriented. In anyway.
