  Enterprise website consistently glitches showing cars avaliable when they are not. Employees at both Greenville and Grand Rapids locations are completely unhelpful. I do not recommend enterprise if you actually need a rental car. If you want to waste your time, Absolutely use enterprise.

  Booked a car for day trip to Ohio and at 2 p.m. the day before we were supposed to pick it up they called to say they don't have a car available but they would try to work something out and get back to me. They never replied. Even after making two calls! Very unprofessional!

  Dalton Bailey did an amazing job. Him and Jacob Line got in me a vehicle right away and got me back to work. Definitely glad that Mark from Gerber Collision sent me here! I appreciate you guys and it was the best clean experience I've ever had with no afterward hangup! Thanks you Dalton and Jacob for the amazing hassle free experience!

  I reserved a convertible from Enterprise for a very special occasion, only to be notified 45 minutes before my scheduled pickup that the vehicle was unavailable. This last minute notice left me with virtually no time to make alternative arrangements. The local branch offered a lesser vehicle but made no apparent effort to help locate a convertible at a nearby location. When I contacted Enterprise's corporate customer service line, I was told that a supervisor would call me back to address my concerns. That call hasn't came. As a long-time Enterprise and National customer, this experience was extremely disappointing. The issue wasn't simply that the vehicle wasn't available, it was the lack of communication, accountability, and customer care throughout the process. A reservation should mean something, especially when customers are relying on it for an important event. Based on this experience, I would strongly recommend that others consider alternative rental companies. Unfortunately, Enterprise failed to deliver both the vehicle I reserved and the level of customer service I expected from a company I've trusted for years.
