  Came in with a "tack" in the Driver side front tire - They inspected it, removed the tack and didn't charge me and gave me a decent estimate to replace the two front tires on my 2022 Volkswagen Jetta. It was a very pleasant experience!

  Went in for 4 tires and alignment and came out spending a extra 1200 dollars the when I went back to get my free rotation they didn't do it and tried to tell me I needed 700 dollars worth of work two tire and the next day lights came on my dashboard to find out a sensor behind my tire was unplugged yes I need that work done but I will never go back

  0 stars if i could. don’t waste your time like i did mine. they will try to rip you off. i have a reputable mechanic i normally go to, but they were booked up for the week so i brought my car in for inspection as it was making a weird noise. they quoted me $1400 for numerous different “fixes”, including things i’ve already had work done on this past year. when i told them that they just shrugged and said it was the type of car i had. one of the things was a wheel bearing, they said they heard it when going speeds up to 50mph. funny because i was only there about 15-20 minutes and never saw them drive off the lot with my car, so how would they know that? they also didn’t include something in the quote that i know for a fact was broken (didn’t have the money to get it fixed yet and it’s not urgent), so did they even really inspect it? after that quote of lies i was able to get squeezed in for an inspection with my normal mechanic, told them what belle tire told me was “wrong”, and they couldn’t find any of that needed to be fixed and had the pictures to show me proof everything was fine. they identified the actual problem of what i took it in for (which was not on the long list of “repairs” belle tire gave me). what a joke. belle tire thinks because i’m a woman i don’t know about my car and will just pay blindly. i’ve actually learned more about my car because of scummy places like this trying to pull a fast one. i also am in the market for a new set of tires this year and have gotten them here in the past, but best believe i will be taking my business elsewhere. i encourage everyone else to do the same.

  They took me as a walk-in and patched my tire for free! Huge life saver since I live 2.5 hours away and was on a road trip. It took almost 2 hours for them to get to my car, but since I didn't have an appointment and didn't get charged for the service, I absolutely not complaining. The waiting area was pretty comfortable! They also let me know that my spare tire was still safe to use and didn't need to be replaced.
