Took over an hour for a rotation/balance with an appointment. Only to find that you were busy finding $2100 in other items. (This is a 13 year old car that rides like new.) I had Firestone do this once and never went back.

Been coming to Bell for a long time and got to know the staff there for many years. Would recommend Bell tire to anyone. Hope the new ownership is fully aware and apreachiates the staff you have they're the ones who make Bell Tire what it is.

This is the best bell-tire in the area by a mile. The staff is top notch. Great communicators.do great work. I always leave feeling well taken care of. I’ve been to a few other BTs in GR but the one on Plainfield is by far my favorite. Shout out to Mike. He’s taken care of me the last few times I’ve been in there.

Terrible experience at Belle Tire on Plainfield. I called at 8:00 AM to make sure they were open and showed up around 8:40. I was told it would be about an hour wait. I did leave for two short periods during the morning, but both times I communicated with them and was told it was fine and that I was up next. By 12:13 PM — more than 3 hours later — my truck still had not even been pulled into the shop. I asked multiple times for an update, not even asking when the truck would be finished, just when they planned on bringing it into the shop. I couldn’t get a straight answer, and the attitude I got for simply asking was extremely rude and dismissive. I understand shops get busy, but there’s a huge difference between being busy and wasting someone’s entire morning after telling them the wait would be about an hour — and repeatedly telling them they’re up next. At 12:13, I finally took my keys and left. I called the Belle Tire location on 28th Street, explained what had happened, and they told me to bring the truck over and they’d get me right in because of the trouble I’d already been through. I’ve had multiple good experiences with the 28th Street location and, unfortunately, multiple bad experiences with the Plainfield location. At this point, I’ll gladly drive to 28th Street instead. Stay away from the Plainfield location. Terrible communication and customer service. I won’t be back.
