  RUN AWAY!!!! Very poorly managed with seemingly inexperienced people. Just look at their responses to reviews-zero interest in customer retention. I had all my fleet vehicles serviced here for the past 10+ years. I'm not sure when their management started failing but the First strike I was told by their service tech one of our trucks needed new shocks because the tires "weren't being held on the road properly" Took to the dealership for a second opinion and they said everything looked great, ZERO issues. Second strike: I scheduled an appointment to have snow tires & rims swapped onto a new vehicle - waited for over an hour (with a baby) and they still hadn't touched the vehicle so I asked for my keys back and left. The person working the front desk, Don, seemed very disgruntled and was hollering at the back that he had been left alone and needed help, showing severe mismanagement. First of all - I do not want someone disgruntled handling my fleet of vehicles, and if the front of house is disgruntled with management, chances are good that the back is too. Second, As a person with a spinal disability and carting a baby with me for what I was promised would be a 'quick appointment - probably an hour tops' waiting over an hour is unacceptable business practice. But they managed to diagnose two vehicles for women that were walk ins while I was waiting, one within about 10 minutes of her walking in. This is clearly a mismanaged company that would rather prioritize and oogle women over helping a long term customer. We will take our fleet elsewhere now and recommend we all STOP GIVING THIS COMPANY BUSINESS

  Would like to thank Brian for getting us back on the road. We got a flat tire on Wednesday August 19 at 5pm. Rush hour. We are from Canada. We had no idea where to go or what towing company to call. We have a toyota 4 runner . Called Kool toyota dealership. They recommended Grand Valley towing. Thanks to Grand Valley, got the spare changed out. Went to toyota first thing Thursday. They didn't have the size tire we needed. Would be a 4 day wait. They recommend Belle Tire. Nice young man, Brian greeted us. Helped us out and got us back on the road in under 2 hours! Thank you for the great service. Friendly and fast. We made it to our destination of London Ontario. And then home to Manitoba. The tires are great! We had no issues with them. 💯 recommend Brian for great service! Dwayne and Traci

  Was able to get me taken care of when discount was trying to sell me a whole new tire. Took a minute, which is understandable, but they got me squared away for $0 out the door.

  I absolutely love Belle Tire! The people I work with have always been great, forthright and honest. They have worked with me, tell me the things that are urgent and what can be put off. They even took me back once to show me why my car was doing what it was. I trust them to give me great advice and help keep my car on the road for as long as possible! I will always use them for anything I can.

  Always trying to get over on someone. Promise free repair but can never repair the tire to a lame excuse. Go to alpine tire, they are honest and take care of customers without lying trying to make a sale
