- LSLemon SetterOct 1, 20265.0Did the job the other guys wouldn't.
- CBChris BrooksOct 1, 20262.0I came in to get two new tires the ball joint and to have a vibration diagnosed I was extremely specific and very repetitive about the vibration problem coming from the rear of my vehicle I went in they put on two new tires rotated them to the rear and gave me an estimate for my ball joint and sent me on my way they completely failed to inspect for the vibration they transferred it to the front end of my vehicle which caused my steering wheel to start vibrating violently while I was driving down the road it almost caused me to crash they didn't reset my TPMS system so my sensors arnt located in the right place and they didn't put air in my front tires they were still low on air with my check tire lights were on had to come back the next day to get my ball joint installed and they still didn't put air in my tires even though my check tire light was on and they still didn't reset my TPMS system so my sensors are still in the wrong place I will never come back to the store again it's very clear to me that the employees do not care about customer safety they couldn't do a simple inspection
