  BEWARE READ REVIEWS FIRST! The Belle tire on 28th St. in Grand Rapids is disgusting, dishonest and apprehensible. initially I bought my tire in because of a slow leak. They could not fix and needed to replace the tire, fine. I agreed to have it replaced with a brand new Pirelli tire, identical to what I had. when I went home I noticed a weird rattling sound underneath my car near the tire that was replaced. when me and my husband got out to look at the tire, not only it was my rim scratched up, the tire looked used and the rattling sound again. The next day we went back to Belle tire and the tech there went under my car and said that two screws were missing from my heat plate and that was causing the rattling noise, (he took pics and showed my husband) he didn’t address the tire/rim because it was a Friday and he asked me to bring it back Monday morning. Monday, Antonio, the assistant manager came out to look at the tire and he said to leave the car there (9:30 am) and he would have his advanced tech look at the car/tire. After no updates or calls, we went back to the shop (4:30) only for him to tell me that they didn’t find anything wrong with the tire and they weren’t aware of any noise, and that his previous tech was wrong. I’m not convinced they even looked at the car again. He totally dismissed everything! At that point I realized the caliber of people at this location, dishonesty and greed. BEWARE AND READ REVIEWS!!!!! READ REVIEWS, the non fake ones!

  Pretty terrible service. Said the inspection should take 1 hour, hadn’t even moved the car after 1.5 hours. Don’t really leave reviews but trying to get service here was a huge waste of time.

  Shredded a tire. Brought in the rim. Picked it up again same day retired. All good! Thanks!

  I can’t say enough good things about this Belle Tire location. I was traveling from out of town with my two small kids when my vehicle suddenly started making a terrible grinding noise. Fortunately, I spotted Belle Tire less than a quarter mile away and pulled in. They had my vehicle in the back before our uber arrived, quickly diagnosed the problem, and had it repaired within an hour and a half even though they had to get the part from somewhere else. What could have derailed the trip turned into minor inconvenience thanks to their professionalism, efficiency, and willingness to help right away. I was incredibly grateful for the fast service. Highly recommend!

  Spent $1,300 on new tires and alignment at Belle Tire, and my car now vibrates — it did not before. This should have been a straightforward install. Instead, I’m dealing with lost time going back and forth while juggling work and family. Completely unacceptable quality control for this price point. Escalated to corporate — hoping they make it right. This is the location that performed the work.
