- SLSeth Lipner6 days ago1.0Very Displeased, I went to this location for some warrent work (break pads). I set an appointment I showed up for my appointment 15 minutes early and they got me right in. After about 30 min I heard the tech calling and leaving me a message, so I spoak up. He call me up to the counter and informed me thatI still haf about 15% on my pads, but my rotors had a little un even ware. He told me that it cost me $450 to replace then, and they wouldn't be able to honor their warrent unless I accepted. I decided and left, since then I purchased 2 rotors and pads for my jeep for around $150 and did them myself. To find out the rotors were had no issues. So I finished my pads and took the rotors back. So, I spent $50 to fix my pads that should have been replaced by the warrent I paid for in the past. Very disappointed, and I will probably not be bringing my vehicle to Bell Tire if I can't trust the people there.
