  April the manager was AMAZING! I came in hot, tired and stressed, April had me relaxed, laughing and feeling like I was in the right place within seconds. She scanned my engine (so fast, too! It was HOT out so I was super grateful) and helped me figure out the problem (an easy fix!) before sending me on my way with a smile. AMAZING experience and I cannot thank April enough!!

  I visited the store to get my car key fob battery replaced and was initially helped by the manager. The experience was very disappointing. He said he didn’t know how to replace it and that he didn’t have to do it, then told me I would need to open the key fob myself. I asked for another associate, and she was excellent. She opened the fob with the proper tool, replaced the battery quickly, and provided great customer service. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at this store. The associate showed the professionalism I would expect from a manager, while the manager on duty clearly needs customer service training.

  So disappointed with the store the manger Kevin N was rude from the start. Ever since I first went into the store last week Friday he was rude, I called to ask about my product I just bought and I asked him through the phone he told me he couldn’t tell me , I asked if my package would be delivered to my home or the store he said he couldn’t say. His customer service was terrible. Kevin N told me my number wasn’t in the system when I came to get my order but suspiciously when I came back with my receipt to show proof of purchase and to refund the items the number was in the system. Kevin should be taught how to treat his customers properly instead of being rude , and uncooperative.

  Poor service. The employee named Kevin N. was racist toward my mother and acted very unprofessionally. He told her that she could not tell him what she purchased because it was “confidential,” and he refused to give her back the part she had already paid for so she could get a refund. This behavior was disrespectful, unacceptable, and truly unprofessional. he gave her a difficult time, until finally letting her take a package just so she can refund it to buy it from a different auto one do better please.

  Dawn just made my day with her outstanding service…which she delivered with kindness and a warm smile. She replaced my battery, despite the rain and did so with genuine knowledge. Two silver haired ladies…but only one knew what she was doing! Thank you, Dawn, from the bottom of my heart!
