  Extremely disappointing experience and some of the worst customer service we’ve received. We ordered a part and were told we would be contacted when it arrived. We never received a call or voicemail. About a month and a half later, we stopped by to pick it up, only to find out that they couldn’t even locate the part. After searching for about 10 minutes, the manager claimed that he had called us, but that we simply didn’t answer. That was hard to believe, considering we never received a call or voicemail, while other people were clearly able to call us without any issue. The situation got even worse when the manager said he could reorder the part—but wanted us to pay for it again. We explained that we had already paid for the original part. He then claimed that the payment had been refunded. We checked and told him that it obviously had not been refunded. His response? That it was “not his problem” and that we needed to take it up with our bank. Unbelievable. Mistakes happen, but taking responsibility and trying to resolve the problem is what good customer service is about. Instead, we were blamed, dismissed, and essentially told that our money and missing part were not their problem. Based on this experience, we will not be doing business here again. If this is how they treat customers when something goes wrong, I would seriously think twice before ordering anything from them.

  Needed wiper blades and their customer service person looked them up for, helped me pick the correct item from the floor, and even installed them. Excellent service.

  I had an issue with my tire locks, couldn't find what I did with the lock. The manager helped me greatly!! Really told me what Berger couldn’t! Thank you so much!

  If I could give six stars I would! April and the team at AutoZone were trying to help me find a wrench to disconnect a car battery and reset a tire pressure indicator. Simple, right? After three tries, I couldn’t find a tool that worked. She came out to the lot and handed me a couple of sockets, a ratchet, and I was able to get the job done right there. My family and I had a long drive, on a Sunday, and just wanted to get home without any problems. Thank you!
