I was helped right off the back soon as I entered the store. One guy couldn’t assist me fully but he was able to send me to someone else that gave me perfect service even with a refund with a fixed issue. I recommend this store and being patient helps, they were busy .

Very disappointed in how my family was approached concerning the use of the restroom. Firstly we were long time customers of this store. We needed coolant for our truck and our children needed to use the restroom in an emergency. I have never had to ask to use the restroom as a paying customer in 5 years. When we walked in the cashier was busy with customer and as we walked to restroom next to commercial the employee did not say anything as I was passing by. My husband was standing outside of restroom with our son waiting and was then approached by commercial employee stating we need to ask to use the restroom. Husband explained it was an emergency but was treated poorly enough my husband refused to purchase what we needed at the store and he left while I finished with our children in restroom. Upon my exiting unaware of why my husband said we were not purchasing anything the store was then busy with a line of customers and both employees were at front registers. I was half way out of the door and the young man near the commercial side shouted over all of his customers that next time we need to ask to use their restroom. I stated we were paying customers at this store and never have I been told that we needed to ask especially with children involved. The approach was very unprofessional and rude considering he could have spoke up as I walked by him at commercial versus repeatedly speaking across the front of store in front of a bunch of customers very rudely. I don't appreciate being the only white customers at the time in the store and being blatenly called out and embarrassed leaving feeling very discriminated against in the moment. This store has lost our business for the future and has given me a bleak view on the company and it's policy concerning restroom use for customers especially concerning children of the customers or those with medical issues that may not want to announce their business to use facilities as it could be embarrassing. I understand that proof may be required but there is a better approach to the situation that may be sensitive to some. Providing the employees with proper information concerning the restroom access act or "Ally's Law" as well as education on ADA and customers rights with sensitivity training may help the company in the future on how to approach these situations appropriately preventing further customer loss and feelings of discrimination toward customers.

I ordered front brake pads for my 2007 Buick Rainier. They sold me the wrong pads! When I called them to fix the problem they said that they would swap them out. I had NO brakes, my car was on jack stands ready to be worked on. I asked them if they could bring them to me, since I was pretty close to them and they said NO!
