  0/10 they took my money no issues until I tried to pick up my rental to attend a funeral after taking the money off my debit card they then say I can’t use that to take the car when they already took the money and never disclosed that to me prior and now I missed my grandpas funeral because they didn’t address this issue prior to pick up or post it on their website anywhere I would not use these guys unless you want surprises when you least expect and to have to cancel your plans due to there poor business

  The vehicle pick up was great - the attendant was great and the vehicle choices were good. The drop off was great and the attendant was great. The vehicle was very nice and clean.

  We had a two week vacation traveling in the safety of a rental van, thanks to Alamo! We had no issues at all, and plenty of space, comfort and most importantly, peace of mind. Alamo’s staff was efficient and cordial making pick up and drop off a fast, easy and pleasant experience. Thank you Alamo. We’ll come to you again next time we need to rent a vehicle.

  This company is impossible to get ahold of. I left a valuable in my rental upon drop off, and no one from either branch will call me back regarding the status.

  Reserved a 1/2 ton diesel truck two months in advance and Alamo completely failed to honor the reservation. Instead of what I booked, I was repeatedly offered smaller, cheaper vehicles that were completely inadequate for a camping trip with multiple passengers and gear. I was also offered a large SUV, which was not what I reserved and not suitable for my needs. Marshall, who claimed to be a manager, was dismissive throughout the entire process and kept pushing mismatched alternatives. At one point, he pulled up a Dodge Ram that I loaded all my luggage and gear into. I was then told it could not be rented because it was allegedly 6,000 miles overdue for an oil change. Everything had to be unloaded again, which caused further delay and frustration. After more waiting, I was finally given a Ford F-150 that was clearly rushed out and not properly cleaned. The truck was filthy. Dog hair was embedded in the seats. There was trash between the seats, artificial nails in the back floorboard, and a cracked cell phone left in the glove compartment. There was also visible damage on the front driver side bumper and a cigarette burn in the backseat. No damage walk through was completed, and I was never asked to sign or acknowledge the vehicle condition before leaving. Overall, this was disorganized, unprofessional, and unacceptable, especially given a reservation made months in advance.
