Whoever the guy was working underneath though wasn't very nice. Asked me to turn the car on and rev it which we found out you can't do because it's a hybrid you have to put it in drive, guy underneath started yelling about how I didn't know how to start my own car and saying things like im dumb n etc. Now I don't know alot about cars thats why I'm here getting my oil changed in the first place, but it was concerning to have someone else who also doesn't know alot about cars actively working on my car and loudly exclaiming his ignorance and insults for me the customer to hear. Hope his attitude and knowledge gets adjusted soon!
