  Previously used Safelite AutoGlass for windshield replacement on another vehicle and was very satisfied with the work completed. They offer on-site at the nearest office or will come to your location with no additional cost. They explain the entire process before doing the work. Highly recommend them.

  Trash customer service. Had some rude lady call me telling me I need a garage in order to do the service when I selected “no garage” while making the appointment. Instead of offering the idea of rescheduling, the decided to tell me how weather works. I’m good, I’ll never support a business with snarky employees. There’s a guy in town that’ll do it, anyways. Hope that woman isn’t so miserable someday.

  I showed up for my appointment and they said they didn't have the glass. They rescheduled for a whole day drop in a few days. Called a different location and they came to me the next day.

  My tech took almost 2 hours to pull out my Mercedes windshield, then refused to install the new one. He thought the drain channels in each lower corner were some type of structural integrity issue. So I was stuck with no windshield! Security Auto Glass came out and fixed the problem and knew exactly what those drain channels were. They also said that Safelite tore up the rubber molding that went around the windshield. Try somebody else.
