Great customer and professional service. I never feel "up-charged." The team provides AA (as agreed) service. This is my "go to" auto service.

Was planning on getting tires from here today. And they don’t carry tires in this shop you have to wait until they get them from Grand Rapids… I thought it was called tuffy TIRE and auto. Strange.

Been bringing my cars here for the past few years and they have been an amazing resource for me for the repairs and maintenance that I would had otherwise needed to take out of town to the dealership… very convenient and prices are competitive with the dealership I would have to drive nearly an hour drive from the lakeshore. drop off in the morning and pick it up before the shop closes. Much more convenient than the dealership…

Had my vehicle towed there and they inspected, gave options for solutions in a picture and detailed email with pricing. Did the work and got my car back on the road quickly. Great staff, professional and quality job well done.
