  Had my vehicle towed there and they inspected, gave options for solutions in a picture and detailed email with pricing. Did the work and got my car back on the road quickly. Great staff, professional and quality job well done.

  We made an appointment for a vehicle inspection due to squeaking breaks. We asked if they could accomplish the service this same day after inspection to confirm the problem. They stated they could get it done. Once we had a quote we gave the go ahead. They ordered the parts and did the service and vehicle was ready just before they closed . We made arrangements on how to pick up vehicle and everything was accomplished the same day and we had a vehicle with new brakes. Jamie and Dan are always accommodating and helpful. We go to Tuffy for help with all 3 of our vehicles.

  After another auto repair shop completely missed the actual problem with my vehicle, I brought it here right after for them to look at the other shops repair. They quickly identified the issue, fixed what the other shop overlooked, and had my car back on the road in no time. The staff was incredibly friendly, honest, and accommodating. They were able to get me in right away, kept me informed throughout the repair, and made the entire process stress-free. It's clear they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in doing the job right the first time. I am very appreciative of everyone in there!

  Was in town with my daughter. Brought in my truck, with a flat, at closing time. Guys were so nice. Put on my spare no charge. I don't know what I would have done without them-being 3 hours from home. So grateful.

  We were from out of town. Having car issues while driving so far from home is stressful. These guys made it happen and went the extra mile when my Van overheated. They could have push me back for hours but didn't.
