    I bought a brand new starter for my 2011 MKT I had RSS Steve's Auto Repair in coopersville Marne area put the starter in and within two times of trying it it did not start it would only spin and not engage. I got a duralast starter from AutoZone under our commercial account and it's working fine this starter when I brought it back in when they tested it it would not fail so they would not give me my money back they would not even swap it out for a new starter so they're falsifying a one year warranty. Do not trust him when I said I would call corporate he said good luck they don't care.!!! I paid over $250 for the starter at this place and I got one at AutoZone for only $150 that's their brand new starter which works great. You can see the video of how strong the starter turns over that I bought from AutoZone the problems not with the starter the problems with something else in the car but their starter would not even turn the thing over it would just spin. I offered to show the guy the video he said he did not care that's my problem. So I would not even feel comfortable selling this used starter that was only used twice to somebody because under a load it fails. See my addional photo from Steve the owner of RSS auto in Marne that said the starter from autozone was junk and installed the starter that was from advance auto and it failed and was a brand new starter (they claim) a one year warranty but they would not exchange it or give me a in store credit....simply said it tested good and said it must not of been installed corectly....(a starter that just spins and does not engage) installed correctly ???? really a Starter that spings freely under a bench not under a load that doesnt work.... NEW then give me a new one again this one only worked for 2 trips.....on my car. They should not be able to claim a 1 year full warrenty if you cannot take it back....I am going to write the State for false advertisment ....if it does work then trade me for a new one that will probly fail anyway. What am I suspose to do in stall it again and tow it in when it fails to prove it dont work?? What a joke! DO not trust the parts....they do not care about the customer....we have a repair shop also and our customers rely on their parts....Thanks for nothing...

    Would not recommend. Specifically don't use the tool rental at this place, and make sure you get a receipt. They hope that you'll forget about the refund from bringing it back, and you'll be sent on a chase to contact their customer service.

    This has to be the worst auto parts store I’ve ever been to. Staff was incredibly slow and very rude. The manager wouldn’t let me return a non used tool because it was opened. Advance return policy doesn’t list tools in their non returnable items.
