- ARAmber Raby4 days ago5.0My vehicle displayed a warning to 'reduce oil capacity' while driving home from across the state. Without an appointment, (because these guys were booked up for days) I showed up bright and early the next day. Conner was great, said they'd get me right it but it could take an hour or so. True to his word I was out of there in about an hour, all fixed up, no more error code! Everyone was polite, the area was clean, I even got a complimentary mocha cappuccino from their machine on my way out!

I waited outside the car for my 11:00AM appointment for oil change and tire rotation. I looked inside where the service writers usually sit— but nobody there. I waited again, and two gentlemen came by and asked if I was being helped. Nope, just waiting for someone to write me up. Finally someone came from the garage and he started the service process. I did get the oil change and tire rotation, and everything seemed fine. On the way home to Frankenmuth the tire inflation light came one, telling me to check my tires. When I got home I checked the tire pressure on all four tires and they were all between 37-38 psi. The recommended tire pressure is 30 psi. I have been taking this vehicle for service at this facility for more than 4 years, but this amateurish experience is making me wonder if I should go someplace else.
