  I had a very nice visit to the service center today. Curtis checked me in and went over what was scheduled and about how long everything would take. He was polite and friendly. My car was done in 30 minutes including a car wash. This was my first visit, but it definitely won't be my last. Thank you for the great service!

  Coming from the Saginaw area and having horrible service at Thelen Subaru previously, Whitney and the service at Subaru Grand Blanc was a breath of fresh air. They got my car in right away, offered me a loaner vehicle if needed(for a day, I did not need one), they did repairs under warranty and advised me of other issues needing repair. Whitney stayed in close communication every step of the way. Upon picking up my vehicle they had reset all the electronic functions, as the battery had to be replaced and they took my car through the car wash as a courtesy. I highly recommend them to anyone needing service on their Subaru.

  Jennifer was wonderful. She helped me immensely with a sudden and rather important issue with my Outback--I work midnights and ended up going straight to the dealership from work, without having a chance to phone. She helped the immediate situation, and also took care of the root problem (which related to service the car had received at the same dealership years ago). I would absolutely recommend Jennifer to anyone--as well as Subarus in general.

  Good: Whitney was great at texting/calling to keep me informed of where they were at in the process of looking at and fixing my car. Matt indpected everything on my vehicle! Even sent a video showing what they were talking about! It was fixed quickly. Bad: Make sure you know your appointment is drop off only. It will take them 1-2 days before they look at your car. So if you need a loaner get one reserved when you call! Will use again.

  The whole experience was great! Pre-visit communication was much more than expected. Trent V spent time researching available Subaru vehicles and presenting us with several viable options that fit our budget. We communicated several times prior to our visit and he kept us continually updated on availability of vehicles. He adjusted his schedule to accommodate us and when we finally got to the dealership he made sure someone helped us out while he finished up with another customer. His knowledge of the vehicle make and model we were interested in was thorough and complete. He took his time explaining the pricing structure and the attributes of the Subaru Crosstek we were looking at and took for a test drive. This will be the first car for our daughter and safety and reliability are highly important to us. The dealership’s pricing structure and service and sales department’s reputation attracted us to them. In the end we felt confident that our selection of the Subaru Crosstek for our daughter’s first car will be safe and reliable car for her for a long time. It is important to us that our salesman (Trent) and the dealership will stand behind the vehicle they sold to us.
