  I purchased a 2026 Subaru Outback from Rachel Shafer 2 weeks ago. I just want to reach out to reconize what an outstanding sales advisor Rachel was. She very professional and focused to make sure my purchase was the right fit. Even after the purchase she followed up to make sure everything was going okay. Also Rachel is a superstar cause she is a dog parent like myself. Final note Diesel my German Shepard loves the new car.

  Darrel is the very best. He was so knowledgeable and helped me figure out exactly which vehicle met my needs, which I was very unsure about! But he asked probing questions and shared relevant information about a few different makes and models and helped me narrow down exactly what's important to me. He also was extremely upfront about pricing and helped me determine which finance products might be useful to me and which I was less interested in. Finally, he got me into the new vehicle within 2 business days, even though there was a power outage at a dealership on the 2nd day :) I will 100% be recommending Darrel and Al Serra to whoever is looking for a knowledgeable and trustworthy dealership.   I had been thinking about downsizing from my full-size V8 PU truck to something more fuel-efficient for some time. I liked the build quality and safety features that Subaru offered, so I stopped in Al Serra Subaru in Grand Blanc to get touchy-feely with the vehicles. I was looking around the showroom and spotted Cam Carlton, who looked like he needed something to do. After introductions, I told him I was interested in an Outback Touring XT as I wanted the more powerful engine and a high trim level. I would have gone with a Wilderness model, but the gold accents were a turn-off for me. I also did a 180 on vehicle color, coming from black and going to white. Cam was very pleasant to work with, with no pressure tactics, and explained their buying process. They gave me a fair value on my trade-in. I had already researched values on KBB and Edmunds. I returned the next day with the truck title and completed the deal.
