So it was a no brainer who to talk to. Darrel is very personable and really listens to your wants and needs and does everything he can to get you the best deal he can. When its time to trade in I will definitely be back. Oh and I love my Forester its awesome. Thanks Darrel!!

- PLPun LSep 18, 20261.0Just took my car in for an oil change at 5k miles and had the tires rotated including the 5th tire spare. Upon driving home I noticed one of my tires was listed at 8 lbs over pressure of the other 3. It appears the service technician checked the tire pressure before doing the rotation. Also the vehicle is rated to have different pressure in the front tire vs the rear and the 3 that were checked were all at the same pressure. You expect 100% the best service coming from a dealership, which is why we take our vehicles to the dealership. I called and complained and the service tech was not willing to do much other than say sorry.
