    I recently purchased a vehicle from Al Serra Honda, and I cannot recommend them enough—specifically my salesperson, Dale Ruzylo.     I cannot recommend Alex Kabat and the entire team at Honda of Grand Blanc enough! We recently purchased our family van (2026 Honda Odyssey) from them and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Alex Kabat was honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about getting us into the right vehicle. Not once did I ever feel like i needed something in writing to trust my salesperson. What really stood out was how the dealership followed through on every single promise they made. They went above and beyond at closing by finding additional rebates and savings we didn’t even know existed, which made the deal even sweeter. There was no pressure, no games just straightforward, transparent service the whole way.     Been working with Dale to finance a civic Si. The dealership was transparent about our the door pricing, Dale was responsive helpful and knowledgeable, and so far I would recommend this dealership. Especially above victory who wouldn’t even let me talk to a sales person without coming in. Will update once care is purchased but so far A+ and I am fully expecting the rest of the process to be the same

    I recently drove our new Honda Passport on its first road trip (650 miles one way). Shortly after hitting the highway I realized that the front end alignment was off. The next morning I called Honda of Grand Blanc at 7:30. After explaining the situation to Maddy, she asked if 9:00 would work. I arrived 30 minutes early, walked to a local restaurant, it was a beautiful day for a short walk. One hour later I walked back to the dealer and was immediately met by Maddy, who informed me that the Passport was indeed out of alignment but was ready for pick up. Bottom line....I was very pleased with the entire experience at Honda of Grand Blanc. Thanks to the entire team there!

    I'm a Honda enthusiast; I have 3 Hondas in my fleet. I take meticulous care of one of my Civics. This review is about that Civic. On April 14, I brought my Civic in for multiple services, including AC not blowing cold, tire rotation, brake bleeder screw issue, and a power steering fluid service. I was told the AC issue was identified, repaired, and that the system was blowing cold again after being evacuated and recharged. After picking up the vehicle, I tested it with a thermometer, and it was only producing around 51–52°F at the center vents, which is not consistent with how it performed prior to failure. The issue was not resolved. I was also charged for a tire rotation and tire pressure check that was not performed. My front right tire went in at 23 PSI and came out at 23 PSI. This charge was later refunded after I brought it up. The vehicle was returned to me with a scratch on the driver-side rear that was not present prior to the visit. The service manager, Joe Prokes, acknowledged this and offered a body shop repair. Additionally, my dashcam lost power while the vehicle was being driven at approximately 1:09 PM during the service visit. This is the only instance of power loss across extensive recorded footage. I was told this would be looked into, but I did not receive any follow-up. When I followed up regarding the AC still not functioning properly, I was repeatedly encouraged to bring the vehicle back in. I explained that I was not comfortable doing so given the issues during the initial visit. During this conversation, Joe Prokes expressed frustration and initially stated there was nothing further that could be done. After further discussion, a refund for the AC service was eventually issued. There was no follow-up provided regarding discussions with the technician, Shawn Blankenship, including questions around why the AC issue was not resolved, why the tire service was not performed, why the dash cam looked to be unplugged, or how the vehicle was returned with damage. Separately, the second Civic I brought to this shop was returned with one tire at 45 PSI, which caused the TPMS light to come on shortly after picking it up. All tire pressures were normal prior to the visit. I had also been working with Andrew Zavatsky on purchasing a Honda Pilot, but this experience has led me to stop pursuing that purchase with this dealership. Overall, the primary repair was not completed successfully, there was a charge for a service that was not performed, the vehicle was returned with damage, there were concerns with how the vehicle was handled during service, and follow-up communication was not completed.
