  Website advertised "Honda Pilot Trailsport - 6 in stock". Drove to the dealership, sales manager greeted us upon entry - I asked to see the Pilots in stock.... he in turn said "we can help you with that" and introduced a member of his sales team. Who walked us to his computer to announce "all the Pilots are in transit, none are actually here on the lot - can I show you something else?" Ahhh... no. BL: Misleading - waste of time. Although i didn't buy anything from them, you gotta ask yourself - if this is how they get you in the door, can you trust how their going to work your contract of sale?

  When trading in my Outback for a more coveted used Outback, Jim Gordon couldn't have been more helpful, particularly since I wasn't local (Grand Rapids). After my test drive I arranged for a local independent pre-sale inspection and Jim was nice enough to get the car over to this place in my absence the next day. He took seriously the few issues I mentioned with the vehicle, getting them looked at and resolved. A few days later, the transaction itself took just minutes. Highly recommend this dealership and Jim in particular.

  I've had the experience where other independent auto repair shops charge me the same price as the Honda dealership for work done on my Honda. I'd much rather have Honda certified parts and service than the cheapest parts the locals can find. I always have prompt service and they spend time and take consideration when answering my questions. When I get my oil changed they do a free inspection. It's peace of mind I don't get at the local garage. Everyone I've encountered there is very professional.

  I wanted to put no stars but it wouldn't let me. My dad just bought a brand new Honda Accord 2 months ago and the check engine light came on. When he called to have it checked they said they couldn't do it until Wednesday and that they had no car for him to use!! After talking to not only Al Serra but customer service for Honda itself he was told that is their policy and they suggested that he take a taxi. Are you kidding me?? No customer service... he paid cash and now has a brand new car that he has to drive 45 minutes to see what is wrong with it

  Great experience buying my used Honda Passport, AND consistently great experience with their service department. I think that this dealership has a different culture than most. They are very straightforward and matter-of-fact. I live closer to three other Honda dealerships, but I drive an hour to Serra Grand Blanc because they're just that much better and more pleasant to deal with.
