  Dealer I worked with stepped through all the options with me and hunted down the best deal possible given my situation. I’ve only financed two vehicles through Al Serra (the used lot down the road from this one, and then the Honda dealership), but both deals have been fair, quick to work through, consistent over the years, and thus - stress free!

  I had a great experience buying my used 2010 Acadia from AlSerra, Honda of grand Blanc. I had the pleasure of working with Brandon mills, a super nice, down to earth guy who made my experience worth any wait I experienced. He did an excellent job multitasking, helping myself and a few other customers, simultaneously. Picking up right where we left off, as if we never skipped a beat. He is the perfect example of what you want in a salesman. Knowledgeable, honest, helpful and kind. Naturally, a good energy to be around, he made me feel comfortable and eased my nerves when it came to the fear of buying a used car.   We brought our car in for a few recalls and to have them look at one small issue with our door. They were communicative, friendly, and helpful. They troubleshot various issues with our door and gave us practical options. This was by far the best dealership service experience I've ever had.

  Excellent! Sean is friendly and great at putting clients at ease. His "common person" demeanor is refreshing. We would certainly purchase another vehicle from Al Serra with sales advisors like Sean. Thanks Sean and Al Serra Honda for making our purchasing experience wonderful.

  Service rep was nice. I was a little upset because when I dropped off my vehicle, I told him my daughter was picking me up and I need a call to let me know when my vehicle was ready. I would be in the area shopping. I never received a call, my daughter talked with her husband , who works at the Sierra dealership, he said they would be closing soon. I never realized the time because I never received a call. Luckily, I was there in plenty of time and the gentleman still there helped me with pairing my phone to the radio., Which I had told the gentleman that helped me I was going to need that help. Thank goodness that there was someone there that could help me with it.
