  I recently purchased a 2027 Honda Odyssey from here and I have to say that this was by far the best experience I’ve had with any dealership. I’ve been looking for a specific color and style, and went to many different places to look, but Kyle was the one who made it happen. Kyle and all the other staff members were very professional, informative, and kind. The place was a bit far out for me but it was definitely worth the drive. I would absolutely recommend whoever is looking to purchase a vehicle to come out and get it from here, guaranteed you will not be disappointed.

  I had done my online research to select the best Honda dealership based on responsiveness, product knowledge, and no pressure sales. Even though there is one much closer to me, it was clear that Honda of Grand Blanc was the right choice. Once I selected the dealership, I proceeded to research further to select the salesperson who would be the best fit for my style and the vehicle I wanted. I selected Kyle Ratliff and he did not disappoint. Kyle is humble and listens carefully to what you do and do not want, while still making sure to educate on things you may not know without pressuring you. He understands that each customer is unique, and while several may choose the same vehicle, they each may have different reasons and uses for it. Kyle is honest and forthcoming, leaving no surprises. On the day I took delivery, I only dealt with Kyle, which was so different than what I've experienced at other dealerships in the past. In fact, I only ever dealt with Kyle--imagine that, being able to deal with the same person from beginning to end. He took the time to go through the features with me and made sure I didn't have any questions before I drove away in my new vehicle. I would recommend him and Honda of Grand Blanc 100%. I love my Honda Passport TrailSport Elite. Thank you, Kyle!

  We had an amazing experience buying a car here, largely thanks to Sean McDermott. He was kind, friendly and welcoming without any of the typical high-pressure sales tactics. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and gave us all the time and space we needed to make a decision. We could not recommend him more.

  Very unsatisfied. They backed out on our deal, last minute, after we put a deposit it down and assured me they would move forward with the deal. They proceeded to tell us, through text, that they were backing through the deal. Then, never answered any of our questions! We have the financial means, credit, anything needed to be trustworthy with the purchase, and randomly dropped us with no reason.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service and Wonderful Experience! I had an excellent experience with this Honda dealership in Grand Blanc. I brought in my 2016 Honda Accord because the engine splash shield/cover had come loose. I didn’t have an appointment, and I needed to drive from Grand Blanc to Detroit later that afternoon, so I was concerned about getting it fixed in time. The service team completely understood my situation and urgency. They were kind enough to take my car in right away, inspect the problem, and fix it quickly so I could make my trip without worrying about the car. Everyone I interacted with was extremely friendly, professional, and patient in answering all my questions. What impressed me even more was that, since it was my first visit, they took care of the repair without even charging me. That was such a thoughtful gesture and truly made me feel valued as a customer. It’s rare to find this level of customer service—friendly, accommodating, and genuinely willing to help when you need it most. I’m extremely happy with my experience and very grateful to the entire service team. Definitely a 5-star experience. I highly recommend them and will gladly come back for future service!
