- SSScrubDawwgJun 29, 20265.0Rented from this location on 2 separate occasions for very long trips. This most recent time I ended with a cracked windshield. They were quick to find somewhere nearby with a similar vehicle and swapped me instantly. Upon returning they waved a few fees stemming from the incident allowing me to get my entire deposit back. Will continue coming here for the foreseeable future.
- LWLaura WrightJun 27, 20265.0I had reserved a car online at Budget Rental located in Bishop Airport, Flint, MI. I had an appointment 164 miles away and Budget screwed me over by allowing their online system to book a rental they could not fulfill. From what I understand this happens SO repeatedly with Budget that the employees of the company send no true regrets and offer no compensation. One hour before I was due to leave for my appointment, I had to scramble to find alternate transportation. I called Enterprise customer service and booked a reservation for the same morning at the Grand Blanc, MI location. I had to reserve a car instead of an SUV due to a difference in pricing from the Budget rental. When we arrived at the Grand Blanc Enterprise location to pick up the vehicle, the staff went above and beyond to assist. My transaction was completed within minutes and I was given a free upgrade to an SUV. I can honestly say that I will never willingly choose Budget again. I will return to the Grand Blanc, MI Enterprise where the staff are wonderful and the cars are available.
