  Waited 2 hours for an oil change and against my better judgement I also let them upsell me on a cabin filter replacement. When I got my car back, the air sounded like a lawn mower. I told them the issue, they took it back in, said that the blower motor is starting to go and I just didn't notice because the clogged filter was muffling it. That seemed insane to me since it was silent before, so I just left. I went and asked a real mechanic and they said that if people don't know what they're doing, they can dump debris from the filter into the motor. So I watched a 15 minute youtube video on how to take apart the inside of my car to clean it out. In the process found that they had remounted my glove box wrong, got to the motor, and sure enough they had dumped leaves in there. I cleaned out the leaves, reassembled it, and everything is silent again. I'm mad that I wasted $30 for them to give me an afternoon of work to fix their screw up, but glad I was smart enough to not listen to them trying to sell me a new blower motor. Unqualified, untrained, and untrustworthy staff.

  I’m too thrilled with belle tires services as a whole. They can hardly even handle tires. Any time I’ve asked for anything else they absolutely fail me and let me down. Last time I just went in there they tried to overcharge me a few hundred bucks. I had some plastic under my car zip tied all nice and they did work under my car and just left the pieces dangling in the wind for me to fix on the way home. You don’t have a simple zip tied to put back on for me? You broke the zip tied you should be ready to fix or replace it. Hacks

  I came in on a day they were very busy with a big sale going on and somehow got a set of 225 65 tires but turned out I needed the 225 60 size. Both are recommended size for the car. A week later, when I thought the front tire might be hitting the fender on tight turns, I talked to Andy and he ordered the 225 60 size immediately and changed them the next day.

  Was told one thing on the phone, and something completely different in store when I got there 5 mins later, will stick to discount tire.

  I just went im to get my tires balanced. Great customer service. If you go ask for Marcus he's a great guy!
