My husband dropped his work van off for an oil change, tires..regular maintenance stuff. He dropped it off on friday night and explained everything to them. By late afternoon saturday no one had called him so he called belle tire. Apparently whoever worked the front desk lost his number. He gave it to him again. My husband had to miss work Monday because it still wasn't done. Again they lost his number so he had to call up there. They said all they had left to do was the oil change and this was in the afternoon. He waited until after dinner to go up there just to find out it wasn't done yet and they lost his number again. He has always taken his van to belle tire and never had a problem. I dont know what they did or who they replaced but they have no clue what they are doing.

For our 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee, we needed a rear wheel bearing and a front-end tie rod; we dropped it off the night before and had it back by 1 p.m. the next day. Fast, quality service.

Last time ever......as an elder who does't know how to program a Tesla Key Card Bell tire offers no solotions. The only solution they provided was to wait, I scheduled an appointment, currently 4 hours in their waitng room, they told me upto 3 hours, still waiting. For over 20 years of loyalty, 4 vehicles, this will be the last. Search of Bell Tire Policy "does belle tire have a solution for tesla tire service if you don't have a key card? Yes, Belle Tire can service your Tesla without a physical key card if you use your smartphone as a active Phone Key to drive and position the vehicle into the service bay........multiple attempts, calls, e-mail, 3 visits I was told 2 choices 1 wait, currently 5 hours, and pull in in the garage myself or Key Card....A Solution, after 5 hours sitting in the waiting area, would be, as listed on Bell Tire, that I was not offered is remote access....simply call me in the comfort of my home or office, I click the remote access button on my Tesla app....boom.
