  If I could give Auto Pride Collision more than five stars, I would. From the very beginning, Amy and Stephanie were absolutely amazing. They were friendly, knowledgeable, responsive, and made the entire process incredibly easy. I received text updates every day about the progress of my vehicle, so I never once had to wonder what was happening or chase someone down for an answer. My insurance situation was also anything but simple. The vehicle was insured through my dad, who has since passed away, the insurance policy was in another state, and the accident itself happened in another state. There were plenty of opportunities for that to become a complicated mess, but they handled everything seamlessly. I never felt like I was being passed around or left to figure things out on my own. They simply took care of it. Then there is the actual repair. The car looks fantastic. You would never know anything had happened to it. The quality of the work and attention to detail were excellent, everything was done right the first time, and I have not had a single reason to take it back for an adjustment or additional repair. And somehow, after all of that, they even finished my car earlier than promised. Nobody wants to need a collision shop, but if you find yourself needing one, this is exactly the kind of experience you hope to have. Excellent customer service, great communication, beautiful work, and people who genuinely know how to take care of their customers. Amy, Stephanie, and everyone at Auto Pride absolutely earned this five star review. I would recommend them without hesitation and would trust them with my vehicle again.

  These guys are above top notch for customer service and repairs. They made everything about this repair process so easy. The rental place didn’t pick me up when started and they offered to drop me off. They went out of their way to make this process so easy. Our truck was clean and shiny inside and outside. Looked way better than when we bought it.

  I’ll give them a near perfect score, my family has used them several times in the last 30 years and the first time they haven’t been perfect. I know they’ve been swamped with dinged vehicles so mistakes are made occasionally. I tell you these people want to make EVERY customer happy!💯BTW the door repair looks like nothing ever happened! I’m always amazed what can be done with scrapes and dents. Thank you!💯😃

  I was nervous about the repairs on my new Mazda CX-30 heading in, but Amy made me feel comfortable and happy to do business with them! Her infectious charisma and beautiful smile, as well as her experience with my vehicle, allowed me to easily put my faith in her and her team - and they did a magnificent job on my vehicle!
