  Very friendly and helpful. He listened to my concerns and the issues my truck was having. Would recommend. Will try to ask for him each time. Second time working with Rob and he was just as nice. My first experience with a diff service guy was unpleasant.

  Jason was great in helping me pick out my vehicle. Looking in my price range, not pushing me to go over and helping me not settle for something. I didn’t love! Mechanical issues (knowing it was there when I bought the car) he’s pushed for the dealership to fix so I could be 100% satisfied with my purchase.

  I was very disappointed with the service. And the Chrysler Jeep Dodge ram department a man named Frank was literally arguing with me with something I purchased from you guys over two years ago. He has terrible listening skills. He was rude and extremely dismissive. I needed one key fob programmed and I needed to purchase another key fob for an additional. He only programmed the first one from two years ago. He completely ignored the fact that I told him I needed a second one for an extra set. I will not be going back to you guys for an extra key. I will either sell that vehicle or go to another dealership somewhere in this country to get another key fob if I need an extra one. I will never step foot in another Al Serra ever again.

  This was my first time buying a car and wow, Randy Collick made the process so easy and smooth. I feel like this dealership has fair pricing and will try their best to make each customer satisfied. Randy was easy to work with and very patient with me and my father. He answered all of our questions and helped us with any concerns I had with buying my new (used) car. I would recommend Randy and this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car. I am very happy with my Subaru Outback!! :)

  I have always been amazed at the friendliness and service at Al Serra. From the employees in the parking area to Steve who sold me the Jeep. My biggest compliment today goes to Chris in the service department. What a lovely personality - so professional and caring - a rare find in today’s chaotic world. He gave me a loaner car, explained everything that I needed to know, and did this in record time. Although the price of repairs was a shock, I have confidence it was done right. Dr. Lynda Maxfield
