  I had a fantastic experience at the Jeep service department when I brought in my 2024 Grand Cherokee for a recall update. Rob, the manager, welcomed me at the desk and made sure I had a pleasant experience and that I was in and out very quickly. An experience like this solidifies my loyalty to the Al Serra dealership. This Jeep is my fourth vehicle purchase from them. Keep up the good work!

  Stephanie Pearson was truly exceptional at finding us the best truck and went above and beyond. As a former employee of another RAM dealer, I was truly appreciative of Stephanie's professionalism throughout the process, which she made completely stress free.   Blown away to say the least. But in a good way even though the quote was extremely high it was only because they found so many more issues with my vehicle then I even realized. I feel blessed, I feel lucky, because not only was the communication amazing and honest, they were respectful. They were empathetic and also understood that I have enough invested in my truck to where they didn't try to sell me just to make money. The mechanic that went over my truck went above and beyond what was asked and the sales manager name's Chris was everything you could want from a human being. I'm no spring chicken in fact my son even works for the company as a mechanic I've always been partial to dealerships throughout my 47 years but these guys showed me the light with their company. I highly recommend that if you have a Dodge or something made by the company to go to these guys. I drove an hour and a half one way and would do it again. 100% five-star service!!!

  I took my truck here to get my oil changed and asked about a couple of locking lug nuts being removed as I had no key for them. I was told they could do both and said all I had to do was pay for the replacement lug nuts. I wasn't aware of extra labor charges for that. Overall I had a very good experience, but I would have liked to know all amounts ahead of time.

  I had a great experience getting my oil change at this dealership. I called at the last minute to get my vehicle in the same day. They were able to fit me into their schedule, which I really appreciated. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional from start to finish. The service was also very fast without sacrificing quality. Thank you for making the whole process so easy and stress-free. I highly recommend this dealership’s service department!
