  This review is in regards to my experience with Rob Taylor. Hands down, the most hospitable member of the Al Serra team. I had my 5 year old twins with me and they had so many questions for Mr Rob, he let them sit in his chair, got them unicorn key chains and was so friendly! May favor and blessings find him and his family for his kindness!

  This was hands-down the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. The entire process was incredibly streamlined and efficient. Austin took care of absolutely everything—from helping us select the perfect vehicle and handling our trade-in, to finalizing the financing and walking us through delivery—all in a short period of time. He is extremely knowledgeable about all the options and took the time to clearly explain the new technology. I highly recommend working with Austin!

  Can't say enough about Nick H and the service crew at Al Serra. I didn't buy my car there, but they were able to get me in for repairs much faster than all the other dealerships. The people that I worked with in the service department kept me updated every step of the way, and went above and beyond. When I have to purchase my next car, I know where I'm headed. Thanks again for everything!

  Took my car here to have a diagnostic done for some obscure transmission issues. I very clearly described my issue and their "tech" couldn't be bothered to do an actual diagnostic and went as far as to tell me I was wrong because the 2 systems were separate. If they had listened and done a proper diagnostic rather then trying to change my transmission they would have found that it was a pin my pcm plugged into. Absolutely horrible. They are lazy and just want you to blindly spend money. Do. Not. Trust. Them. Edited to add names Ryan Deguise was the tech, Chris Trzasko was the service advisor

  I can’t say enough good things about Rob and the service department! When the warranty company didn’t want to pay to have my brand new used car fixed properly, Rob fought hard for me and made sure everything was taken care of the way it should have been. He kept helping me through the process and made sure my car got fixed and back to me. I truly appreciate him going above and beyond and advocating for me when he didn’t have to. Huge thank you to Rob and the entire service department for taking care of me and my car!
