  The entire process was fabulous. They had a great inventory (and by the way great pricing). The staff was excellent, especially our personal rep, NateyaTyler. Have her help you if she's available. Also, they gave us the full value that they estimated for our trade-in. I can't say enough good things about this dealership they have a customer for the remainder of our lives.

  I had an outstanding experience purchasing my truck from Al Serra, and a huge part of that was thanks to my salesman Clay Wienand. From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and never made me feel pressured. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I found the right vehicle for my needs. The entire process was smooth, honest, and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone who truly cares about making sure their customers are happy, and it definitely showed throughout the experience. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and would highly recommend anyone looking for a new vehicle to ask for him.   Very rude, dismissive and even gave false inaccurate answers when we asked if they work with certain lenders. The salesman claimed to work with used car sales and have experience in that dept, yet had to go ask a co worker to verify which lenders they work with after telling us they don’t work with the one we wanted to go with. If you’re not looking for new car or don’t have perfect credit, I don’t recommend this place. We sat there feeling judged, dismissed, and like a bother to the salesman. I called another dealership down the road as we were there, and we ended up buying from them.

  Our salesperson, Mike Pieur, was outstanding. He showed us the vehicle we were interested in and did not try to steer us towards anything else. Mike was also able to get the vehicle certified as a CarBravo, with the 1 year warranty. He came into to the dealership on his day off to finalize the sale. Al Serra has a very good selection of used vehicles to choose from. I was very happy about the entire transaction with Mike and Al Serra.

  In 2024 buying/leasing a Chevy Blazer EV was easy…not so in 2026. I went to many dealers and talked to many sales people. Nothing made sense…IYKYK! When I say that my salesperson at Al Serra, Adam Garceau, saw me, heard me and WORKED to get me in the car that I wanted, that is a gross understatement for all that was done. Hands down, Adam is the best car salesman that I have ever encountered. He’s knowledgeable, transparent and literally looks out for his customer. He not only met but exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend him as he was highly recommended to me from a repeat customers…he is simply “The Best”!
