  All my experiences at Al Serra have been top notch. I recently used the service department for first time. My service advisor was Blake Bell. Blake communicated in a very timely manor, was very professional, knowledgeable about the services provided, and never pushy. I highly recommend working with Al Serra group.

  Recently purchased a car from Al Serra in Grand Blanc and worked with sales advisor Colin Turnipseed. Colin was great to work with, had the cars that we had called about ready to go for the test drive and made the entire driving and purchasing experience seamless. Would highly recommend Colin to others and hope to work with Colin and the team at Al Serra again in the future. Thanks again!

  Took my car in last week to get a camshaft sensor positioner code cleared and worked on. Wasn't covered under warranty but still got some money knocked off on it they gave me a loaner car which was great. Couple days later I go back to pick up my car and get through the weekend and the following Monday the same check engine light and code come back as a permanent code. I'm only going to give this two stars right now because I'm going to be without a car again but if they can fix it and they don't charge me money I will happily adjust the rating.

  We had been talking to a couple dealerships and saw Al Serra was running a lease special on the vehicle we were interested in. Left my info online one evening and someone called me the next morning. They hooked me up with Jared and he was fantastic! He offered me a better deal for a better car than the other dealers. I got the price I wanted and the terms I wanted AND they are delivering it to me on Monday. I didn’t have to walk into the dealership. I did the whole deal over phone and text- just the way I like it! I’ve leased vehicles from Al Serra in the past and they have always done a great job.

  Terrible experience with GM in general. Will never buy another GM product. 3 year old vehicle already had a new engine put in it after less than a year of us owning it, 7 days after getting it back we started experiencing all sorts of electrical problems such as the dash going haywire, heat and AC turning itself on without being able to turn it off or change the temperature as well as the radio doing the same. Still under warranty the first time we took it in for this problem and they couldn't fix it and dragged it out several trips back to the dealership until the warranty expired then we were told we needed a new radio for 1700 dollars and that it might not even fix the problem and that it would not be covered by GM because the warranty expired. I was literally told good luck and we are currently still dealing with the problem. Took it to a different dealership and they couldn't fix it either or get it to duplicate the problem even though it does it every single time we drive it. GM advised them to clear the codes and ignore as long as a problem isn't presenting itself. It always presents itself and this is unacceptable customer service and not only do we refuse to buy another GM product, but will also be spreading the word to everyone we know about what unreliable junk they produce and charge top dollar for and then won't even attempt to help when there's a problem with THEIR product. Absolutely ridiculous and I give 0 out of 5 stars.
