  Cameron, Tracy, Steve, and Charlie were excellent! Very helpful throughout the process, which was very quick! Any problems were quickly taken care of. My wife and I really appreciated all their help! Definately going to get another vehicle here when the time comes! Great job all of you!!😁

  Service advisor Michele was fantastic. She greeted me outside instantly as I pulled up, as service department was busy at 800am. She was one of the most friendly advisors I've ever met there. Nice job! They got my car right in, got my oil changed, tire check (air, didn't want rotation), and complimentary car wash. I drive from Flushing, as your dealership is the price leader in oil changes. Simms in Clio has the same price, but I bought my car from AS, so I try to stay loyal. Thanks.

  Kyle was wonderful to work with. He helped me get out of a vehicle I was upside down on without any judgment and truly worked hard to get me the lowest payment possible. He went above and beyond by having the windows tinted and WeatherTech floor mats installed before I picked up the car. I was undecided on which vehicle I wanted, and he took the time to make sure I felt confident and happy with my choice. I highly recommend working with Kyle—he made the entire experience easy and stress-free.

  One star is being nice. I came in to have an my car look at and I was estimated to have over $7,500 worth fixes. When I ask why, the Service Tech and the technician felt they my car was not drivable. I will give credit (and the reason I even gave a star) they found that the control arms of my ball joints were about to fall apart. I went to a local competitor and they did all of the work I was for, for only $1,700 and completed the job in 3 hours. I felt the service tech and technician were trying to upsell me and I don’t see myself coming back to have work completed or even shop for a new car.

  Huge shoutout to Blake in the service department at Al Serra! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Super professional, easy to work with, and kept me updated throughout the whole process. It’s hard to find people who actually care about customer service anymore, but Blake definitely went above and beyond. Everything was handled quickly and smoothly and the experience was stress-free from start to finish. Highly recommend asking for Blake if you need service done at Al Serra!
