They were friendly, fast and efficient while fixing the problem. I highly recommend their service department. I will be back for any future service needs!

Absolutely NO excuse for the condition of a vehicle that cost this much and the carelessness presented. In my 15 + years of buying Cadillac I have NEVER spent this much money nor has the problems occurred upon delivery. It is an absolute shame that the standards have lowered to Saturn levels. Take note what happened to Saturn. Might want to address the benchmarks you have set. I should have bought the BMW as I originally considered.
