- JPJames Pushman3 days ago5.0My wife 2025 XT-5 Cadillac was due for an oil change. Called last week and made an appt for Aug31 at 10:30 am. We arrived 10 min early and was politely greeted, Gave instructions And we went and waited IN the lobby. 45 min later we were informed the oil was changed , car washed and we can get our vehicle and be on our way. Overall We were very pleased with the service we receive. Come this Feb, when our Lease is up we will be back to see Kristen Smith for our eighth vehicle from Al Serra. Thank You Karen & Jim Pushman

I’ve never been more ripped off in my life I will never ever again go to a dealership. They charge over 200 and some dollars an hour for labor, doctors and lawyers barely make that no wonder I’m broke and they’re rich.😡
