  I had an excellent experience purchasing my Cadillac Escalade from Al Serra Auto Plaza, especially considering I was buying the vehicle from out of town and coordinating everything remotely. From start to finish, the process was seamless, professional, and extremely well organized. My sales representative, Wade, was outstanding throughout the entire experience. He was very thorough, always willing to communicate, quick to answer questions, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. Purchasing a vehicle remotely can sometimes feel stressful, especially when coordinating transport and logistics, but Wade made the process easy and straightforward. Overall, this was truly one of the best vehicle purchasing experiences I’ve had. The level of customer service, communication, and professionalism was top tier. I can’t speak highly enough about how much I enjoyed working with the team at Al Serra. The relationship and trust that were established throughout this process will absolutely bring me back when it’s time for my next vehicle purchase.
