  Got a used 2021 Buick encore GX from this place, thought I got a really good deal, but six months into driving it, not even 10k miles, and the check engine light came on. The autozone code reader said it was a small evap leak and there is supposed to be a warranty for this. I dropped it off and they didn’t cover it under warranty, charged me over $340 to replace the solenoid purge. Definitely buying somewhere else next time and anymore repairs are going through a ma and pa shop. Can’t trust these guys

  The help that Kyle Odglen was great and Steve in service is the best. With the holiday weekend coming up and us going out of town, they got us back on the road quickly. They are both very efficient at helping out Al Serra’s customers.

  2025 Buick enclave battery was being drained by the onstar module. Pulled the fuse and jump started it. Got it to Al Serra. Told them it’s the onstar module but they didn’t believe me. Ended up being the onstar module. Was kept in the dark every step of the way. Called to get updates multiple times. Got a brand new loaner gmc canyon and the front drive shaft broke off. Didn’t get much direction to do with the canyon. Got it towed back to Al Serra and sat in the 99 degree heat for 2 hours waiting for the tow. Not sure I got an apology or anything from Al Serra until I talked to the service manager. Got the car back and doesn’t look like they did the oil change and tire rotation because they never reset the setting
