  I had never been to the Al Serra Chevy service department before, but after taking my convertible out for a drive, I noticed as I was leaving work that my fog light was dangling underneath the front bumper. I knew I wasn’t going to make it to my usual dealership, so I decided to stop into Al Serra and see if they could take a quick look. As soon as I walked in, Blake in the service department greeted me. I explained what had happened and that I’d never been there before, and he didn’t hesitate for a second. He immediately got down under my car and tried to fix it himself. After working on it for a bit, he took it back into the shop where they were able to get the fog light securely back into place. When he brought my car back out, I was surprised to find out they weren’t charging me anything. Now that is what I call making a great first impression. Blake went above and beyond, and the customer service I received was outstanding. I’ll definitely remember this experience. Thank you, Blake, and the Al Serra Chevy service team!

  I am so thankful for everything Dave did to make this deal come through! This has been a process I have been wanting to accomplish for a long time and Dave went above and beyond to get us this dream truck! I reached out to Dave and told him we would LOVE to have a Chevy Silverado but from the research I did the GMC Serra would be a more affordable option for our family. Dave worked endlessly to get us the dream truck we wanted and a great deal without having to sit at the dealership for hours! He did all the hard work so I did not have to! I highly recommend working with him! I will be going back to Dave soon to upgrade my Volkswagen and I already have full faith and excitement that he will make it just as great!!

  I was absolutely pleased with my experience with Al Serra and my salesperson Chris Bonner on my new GMC Terrain lease. Chris worked with me to get me the best deal. He kept me informed from beginning to end. He always responded quickly when I had to call with questions etc. I would definitely recommend Al Serra and Chris Bonner to friends and family. Great service all around.

  Cannot recommend Clay Weinand and Al Serra highly enough! As a woman, car shopping can be difficult as there are salesmen who treat women differently or talk down to me. Clay treated me with respect and listened to what I was looking for. He is extremely knowledgeable about cars and trucks. He also explained that at Al Serra, salespeople are paid by the number of cars they sell, not the price of the car, so they are highly incentivized to find the best deals. It was extremely convenient to have different brands at one dealer, saved a lot of time of having to go to different dealers. Clay even followed up with me after I had gotten my truck to make sure I was happy with everything and that everything was working well. I will definitely be recommending Clay and Al Serra to family and friends.

  I worked with Ryan Burge and Greg Thompson at Al Serra after exhausting all options in my home state of NH. Custom ordered this 2026 CT5-V that they got into production in just weeks and delivered just 6 weeks after we cut the deal. Saved SO much that it was still a much better deal to fly out, pick it up, and drive hit home. Plus these two gentlemen are professional, friendly, and easy to work with. Greg literally picked me up at the hotel the morning of delivery, how cool is that. And the car...well, Cadillac is back in a big way. Holeee what a great sounding, driving, and comfortable car. 100% more enthusiastic about this car than my previous Audi or even the Lexus I had in the past. Believe it or not during careful engine RPM change management during the ride home at highway speeds it achieved 32mpg. And in my daily commute, 25 miles round trip that doesn't include a highway I am getting 25mpg on average. Then...lol...when I need a little oomph to my heart rate it's just a simple press of the pedal away. No noticeable turbo lag like the Audi had. Nope, just responsive, cool sounding, great acceleration. Highly recommend Al Serra. Highly recommend the Cadillac CT5-V.
