  I had a great experience working with Paul Simpson on the purchase of my 2023 Chevrolet Camaro. Paul really listened to all of my concerns about the car before I finalized the deal and made sure everything was addressed before I took delivery. He was professional, easy to work with, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. I really appreciated the communication and attention to detail throughout the purchase. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about the customer experience, I’d definitely recommend Paul Simpson!

  Gary was awesome from start to finish. He was the first person to greet me and help me find the perfect vehicle. I had been looking everywhere and considering several different brands. He asked if I had ever thought about a Volkswagen. At the time, I was driving an Audi — which is made by Volkswagen — and I really liked it. I had looked at Volkswagens years ago but ended up buying a Hyundai instead. We walked over to the Volkswagen side and looked at a few different options. Gary told me he would run some numbers to see which vehicle would fit my budget best. The next morning, he called and said he thought the Tiguan would be the best option for me. I test drove the Tiguan and absolutely loved it. It checked almost every box for me, and the few things it didn’t have weren’t deal breakers. When I got back from the test drive, I knew it was the vehicle for me. What I appreciated most was that Gary never pressured me. He knew I had been shopping around and wanted to make sure I kept my options open instead of settling. When I told him I loved the Tiguan, he even asked if I was sure before moving forward. Once I said yes, we scheduled a pickup time for the next day. He had all the paperwork ready, so all I had to do was sign. This was honestly one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve had. Car shopping can be stressful, especially when you’re working within a small timeframe like I was, but Gary made the process smooth, pleasant, and pressure-free. I’m so glad I went to Al Serra and met Gary. I will definitely return to him in the future and recommend him to my friends and family. Thank you for making this such a great experience!

  I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this dealership. I brought my vehicle in due to transmission issues, only to be told it would be at least a week before anyone could even look at it. To make matters worse, there were no rental vehicles available in the meantime, leaving me without a reliable solution.Hoping to resolve the situation, I walked over to the used car lot to explore purchasing another vehicle. The selection was very limited—especially for third-row options with under 30kmiles. I did take the time to test drive a new Buick Enclave and made what I felt was a reasonable offer. Unfortunately, my offer was simply declined without any attempt to negotiate or provide a counteroffer, which was both surprising and frustrating.I’ve purchased multiple vehicles from this dealership in the past, but this experience fell far below expectations. Between the lack of service support, limited inventory, and unwillingness to engage in a basic sales discussion, I no longer feel confident doing business here. I won’t be returning. I ended up purchasing a new vehicle from Al Serra Saginaw which had top notch customer service.

  I purchased a Certified Used vehicle from Al Serra Grand Blanc, in November 2025; More than pleased with my purchase! I needed some work done on my vehicle in April 2026. I called to schedule an appointment. I spoke with Service Manager (Daniel Garr), who accommodated my schedule and upon request arranged for me to have a loaner car from the dealership. This was a HUGE in customer service for me! Life is so busy and the Al Serra GMC Service Team members, (Daniel Garr, Ethan Simmons and Sara Sommarito), gave EXCEPTIONAL Customer Service to my needs; not once but twice! In my opinion... Al Serra Grand Blanc Dealership works like a well oiled machine. This was my second purchase from this Dealership. I highly recommend them for your next purchase and or vehicle service.
