- KFKathryn FalsettiSep 30, 20261.0I used to have 3 vehicles on a subscription for Tommy’s. Recently the car wash has been super intense and has ripped my back windshield wipers off twice. I had to go to a collision shop to get it repaired. (Apparently this is such an issue they keep parts on hand at Tommy’s). When I got to the repair shop another woman was there getting hers repaired. The last time I went the brushes were so loud and intense it scared my kids. It sounds like it is just beating your car. Lack of prewash scratches it so bad! I stopped after the last wash to look at my car and the paint was destroyed! I had a guy take pictures to submit a claim but the insurance company said it wasn’t their fault. My car is 2 years old and looks horrid! Avoid unless you want a scratch and shine! They were nice enough to fix my $30 windshield wiper twice but now my car needs to be repainted.
- DBDan BalassesSep 24, 20265.0They do a good job. 3 stars because they don't take cash
- SESteven EmersonSep 10, 20261.0Used the weak first time yesterday. Needless to say I was unimpressed. Tommy’s has a great initial presentation from road that’s all it has. Functionality is awful. Car behind almost rear ended us. No car wash attendant just pull in. Take life and your car in your own hands. Was was mediocre at best. The vacs barely worked. No matter washer. They charge for cleaning wipes. Go to the Tidal Wave wash in Petoskey way better.
- AKAmanda KSep 8, 20261.0My husband got hit at this car wash and the manager refused to do an incident report or even get info exchanged. Do NOT GO HERE! Corp claims they are locally owned but the manager claims they are corporate. No help after almost 3 days. Car damaged from improper loading.
- SRSimon RinckSep 6, 20261.0Was rear ended today in the wash, no employees were watching the cars pull into the wash, no incident report, manager didn't care brushed it off didn't see any marks until got home and car was dry, lil peeved how they handled it. More too it just exhausted today.
