My wife has been taking her vehicle there faithfully for years and service was always good and fair.
Since the ownership changed, so has their attitude. Now they are more important than the customer.
We’ve asked twice for them to do two things on the same day, since my wife is disabled and I am a disabled vet and it would save an hour drive time. Giving them a weeks notice, and offering to leave the vehicle overnight so they’d have 24 hours to squeeze in a couple hour brake job, they refused. To quote the service manager, “that’s not the way we do things here”
And they refused to accept the coupons they mailed to us because they expired after they refused to accommodate the customer the first time. And they charge an extra $900 to put in their brakes instead of Autozones warranties life time brakes.
Gabriel rogers was an amazing help today! Very professional, punctual and perfect customer service. I am happy with my purchase and how he went above and beyond to help me pick the right car for me.
Very slow service department

I recently purchased a new vehicle from the dealership, our sales associate did a guys job except for a few details that were missed..
More disappointing is the service / prep staff... they had ample time to do a prep, wash the vehicle and check fluids etc..
The wash job was very poor!!! They failed to remove a sticker from the outside of the sunroof, then the roof of the vehicle wasn't fully washed.. it was very evident looking at the top and setting the sunroof was only half cleaned. Then they failed to fill the windshield washer tank..
The tires on the vehicle were 7 to 10 PSI over inflated.. when I took delivery of the vehicle the driver's side tires were 2 PSI higher than the passenger side..
I double checked them the follow day, it wasn't related to the sun heating 2 tires..
Generally speaking, they have me a great deal on a left over 2025, new not used. Which I am happy about, the vehicle is great. But the service department dropped the ball on prep. My sales associate was good, but one detail he missed was to give me the code for the keyless entry pad on the driver's door..
They could have done better at the final delivery, they had ample time to get it done..
The review would have been much better!!

40,000 on a used truck, they put free on in it knowing it had a leak, the back speakers are blown, and this is 2 weeks after I bought the truck, the warranty doesn't cover this, wanted me to drop the truck off and rent a vehicle for 65 dollars a day, hmmmm, don't ever buy a used vehicle at this place, shame on these people
