  I bought a 2019 Nissan Frontier. I had Chelsea Kerckaert as a sales agent and she was great. Very polite and professional. She also answered all my questions and even help with with things I didnt understand. I loved the vehicle. The only thing I had a problem with is that I didnt get to look at the vehicle were it was sitting. She brought the vehicle to the front door so I could test driver. After buying the Nissan and takeing it home the very next morning I went to leave for work and I noticed oil spot under the Nissan. I climbed underneath it and noticed that the oil pan was rustic, and the oil was seeping through the rust spot. If i would have gotten to see the vehicle were it has been sitting i would have noticed the oil leaking. I dont feel that it was her intentions to hide the oil leak but I wouldn't never agree to pay twenty thousand dollars for a vehicle that was leaking oil. Thats why I am leaving 4 stars.

  I inquired this dealership about a new Ford F-150 Raptor R that I saw on their website. I personally called on June 19, 2026, and spoke with Gabriel regarding a potential deal that included trading in my current vehicle. At 11:45 AM, Gabriel texted me requesting photos of my trade-in vehicle so he could review them and get back to me. I sent the requested photos at 12:35 PM the same day. Since then, I have sent three follow-up text messages and have received no response. As of June 22, 2026, all of my messages remain unanswered. I also called the dealership and was told by a colleague that Gabriel was busy. I asked that he call me back urgently, but unfortunately, nobody has bothered to follow up. I would strongly suggest improving customer communication and time management. Every customer deserves to be treated seriously and kept informed. If you are not interested in pursuing a sale, please be upfront rather than wasting a customer's time. Based on this experience, I would give this customer service 0 stars.

  LJ was our salesperson and everything went smoothly. Very professional and explained things well. Only negative was trade in value was low which was not his decision but could've been better. Overall good experience.

  Serra Ford had the exact vehicle I was looking for and needed. At the right cost as well and I am glad that I went to them for my newer vehicle needs.
