You guys are awesome, just be sure that if the customer asks for a specific, that it gets addressed. Again, thanks for taking great care of our vehicles. 🙂
Upon arriving, the staff was warm, welcoming, and in great spirits. Unfortunately, my experience changed toward the end of the service.
One of the employees dropped my windshield washer fluid cap and was unable to locate it. She then asked me how “important the cap was” to me. When I responded, “Kind of important,” she repeated my answer to her coworkers in what felt like a sarcastic manner.
At no point did anyone apologize for dropping the cap. Instead, staff began removing plastic components from my vehicle in an attempt to find it. While I understood that was necessary, the overall attitude shifted noticeably from friendly to annoyed because they had to spend extra time searching for the missing part.
Once the cap was finally recovered, the vehicle was reassembled, the hood was closed, and I was told I was all set. Again, no apology was offered, nor was any consideration given for the inconvenience. Two of the three employees appeared frustrated that they had to continue looking for a part that had been dropped during my service.
I have been a customer for several years, which makes this experience especially disappointing. The lack of accountability and professionalism has led me to decide that I will not be returning.
UPDATE: I just got home and the cap is not even on my fluid!?!?
I won’t go any other place! They are fast, but efficiently take the time to make sure the work is good and help in any way possible. They are honest and not trying to nickel and dime; “you are a little early, do you want to proceed with the oil change?”; “filter looks fine, bring a new one next time and we will change it”. I have had an oil leak over the past year, they always warn me and this last time I was getting service all three mechanics helped with ideas and solutions for next steps. They provided auto mechanic shops to take it to, wrote on the receipt of what needs to be looked at. While waiting, I saw it was “family owned” and it truly felt like that today! Thanks for all your help Thomas, Charity and Kristin.

My wife took her 2020 Acadia in for an oil change and was charged $138 and that included a 10% discount. RIDICULOUS! I THINK THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF WOMEN. WILL NEVER GO THERE OR RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.
