  By far— the worst rental car experience I’ve had. The car was sprayed with heavy air freshener to cover up musty weed smell that lingered my entire 9 days— and the interior was filthy with stains, spills and food residue on gear shift. I had to use my own AAA roadside twice due to key fob/battery issues, while Enterprise roadside and the Gaylord location were NO help at all. No replacement vehicle was ever offered during my 9-day rental, and no one followed up after the breakdowns. When I asked for the corporate office number- I was given the Roadside assistance number! Upon return, I was offered an apology and a “free upgrade next time.” No thanks — I’ll spend my money elsewhere.

  It was easy and convenient to do the whole rental process. Gaylord location workers were courteous and very nice to work with for it. I would use them again for sure!

  The duo behind the counter are amazing! They helped me every step, from the initial pickup to having to extend my rental over the weekend; down to doing a last check-in after I dropped it off and before closing the account. They found a small overcharge and made it right; which was a huge help for me given the extra days I had to rent due to the repair shops having to wait for a part.
