First we reserve with Gaylord, they call us the day before our rental and tell us “they have no 7seat vehicles due to them loaning to Camp Grayling.” So our reservation did NOT matter at all to them. We take our business to Grayling, they call us at 8am the day of to say they don’t know when the car will be delivered. CONSUMERS get the screw these days! I would ADVISE AGAINST Enterprise. Never ever again.

It was actually unbelievable that all districts he'd the same attitude. So if a customer had a car that would shut down going 70 mph on the interstate, wouldn't you think the management would help you...oh boy think again! Just a absolute disaster... No remorse what so ever and roadside assistance just sent us back to the stores.....unbelievable. Worst customer experience of 66 year lifetime..
