- AHAshlee HMay 27, 20171.0I came to return a defective battery that wouldn't hold a charge. The store manager which was very rude named KURT tested the battery and confirmed after arguing with me that the battery was bad. He refused to do an even exchange for a new battery. I also had a receipt and he still refused. I worked for the company and I am aware of the company policies. I contacted corporate and they had to call the store themselves and make the manager return the battery. When we came back KURT was still rude and asked us to not come back to the store to return anything ever again. I would not waste your time coming to this store! Very dissapointed in the customer service!!!

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle.
