  Everything is always great at the Gsrden City location. Ashley and Ashton have been wonderful. It’s always extremely busy however they acknowledge every guest and assist as quickly and as pleasant as possible, which is appreciated. I have not had a time where I wasn’t recognized as a platinum member, getting exemplary service, and for this I will always choose Enterprise.

  Very polite staffing however this was the worst experience I have ever had with enterprise the way business was ran and operated was not what I’m used to. They put me in 3 different cars and the ones they promised me they gave away to other clients. I was the only one in the lobby at first and eventually, the Lobby was so full they cleared it out and I was the last one still sitting there waiting. My reservation was for 12 I didn’t leave until 2pm and when I asked why it was taking so long she said it’s because other people already had reservations thinking I was a walk in and when she realized I was an appointment she tried to accommodate me by saying she would call me about a new car since it wasn’t the one I requested it’s been one week now. No call or anything and now my cars having issues. So unfortunately I don’t what happened there but I am very disappointed please do yourself a favor and do not go to this location Fast forward They were urgent with my concern got me in a new vehicle quickly and efficiently. The staff is very courteous. I want to thank you for Making it right :)
