  Everett and the team at this Belle Tire helped me out big time. Came in near closing time and they were able to patch my tire and get me back on the road after a nearby Belle Tire location turned me away.

  I had my vehicle's brakes serviced at Belle Tire Garden city at the end of April, the cost was almost $1400.00, pads, rotors front and rear, the front driver side brake was squeaking and making a rubbing sound afterwards, I don't drive far, I figured the brakes have to be "broken in" after 2 months i take the vehicle back,explain the sounds and say maybe the mechanic forgot to lubricate the brakes,i get a estimate for a additional 730.44 saying my front driver side caliper was bad, I asked why didn't you fix it when you had the vehicle in for service? "we tried to save it, remember we we told you" .. ok, can you fix the caliper? "no, company policy" we have to put 2 new calipers on both sides. " we'll replace the pads and rotors too because they're under warranty. I declined. im not replacing 2 month old pads, rotors and adding two calipers because your mechanic didn't lube the brakes. I took my vehicle to sheldon auto in canton and it was exactly what I believed it was, they didn't lubricate the brakes or clean clean the slides, sheldon auto cleaned and lubricated my brakes and slides, the noise stopped. I glady paid 76.34 for honesty. he informed me they used cheap pads and if it continues squeaking take it back and use the warranty for better quality pads. i rode by belle tire on my way home, i wanted to go back in there and confront the salesman about why they tried charging me 10 times what I just paid for something that was covered by my warranty. instead I'm writing this review warning potential customer's to their dishonest practices. be careful, find a trustworthy mechanic and always get a second opinion if it sounds suspicious. they work off of commission and will try to push unnecessary repairs. what really pisses me off is I've been going there for years and now im questioning all the other repairs ive gotten on this and my other vehicle's. the salesman i usually dealt with seemed alot more trustworthy than the one I dealt with.

  I have been going to this Belle Tire for over 10 years and never had an issue, but a couple months ago I had an emergency situtaion happen with my new Cadillac. I paid for the wheel and tire protection but the dealership could not get me in for a few days, I got the flat on the way to get my daughter from school and was clearly going through a very stressful situation, so i called up and asked if they could take care of it today and not only did they but Mike (the manager) seen me pulling up and came right out and got everything taken care of. NOT only were they promt but HONEST. This was such a stressful situation but they truly took away all stress the moment i pulled up.

  Stopped in at 5:30pm with (1) front tire defect aka bubble on the sidewall and (1) rear tire with a leak from a screw. Al, the customer service rep was very friendly and helpful. The tire repair from the screw was performed at no charge. The defective tire was covered and replaced under my road hazard policy so a new tire was installed at no charge. My only out of pocket expense was road hazard insurance on the new tire. All services were completed in less than 1 hour. Al even made a fresh pot of coffee for my enjoyment while waiting for the repairs to be completed.
