After visiting a couple of other AutoZone locations that were understaffed, I started coming to the Garden City AutoZone, and it has by far become my favorite location. The store is always clean, organized, and well-maintained, and every staff member I’ve dealt with has been helpful and welcoming. Today, I came in to replace one of the two batteries in my car, and LUCAS was extremely helpful. Even while multitasking and handling several things at once, he took the time to replace my battery properly and explain what my previous mechanic had done incorrectly. He also helped me understand what other issues could potentially be affecting my car. After installing the battery, we were able to determine that the remaining problem appears to be electrical. LUCAS did an excellent job with the installation and even made sure to install the battery bracket, which my previous mechanic had failed to put on. This type of service is exactly why I prefer coming to the Garden City location over any other AutoZone within a 30-minute drive. I’m willing to go out of my way to come here because of staff members like Lucas who genuinely take the time to help their customers and make sure things are done correctly. Overall, I give the Garden City AutoZone a 10/10. Lucas made my day easier, gave me genuinely helpful advice, and was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire experience. Employees like him are the reason I continue choosing this location. Thank you, Lucas, for the best customer service, 10/10, for going above and beyond, people like Lucas is the reason why i prefer the garden city location out of any other location around me!

experience with V Lucas at AutoZone! I had actually just been to a different location where the staff refused to install my new car battery because of the weather. When I came to this store, V Lucas stepped up without hesitation and helped me install the battery right in the parking lot, even though it was raining outside. He was fast, professional, and went completely above and beyond. I truly appreciate his incredible dedication and customer service
